பொங்கல் - ஜல்லிகட்டு – பிரியாணி – தமிழன்

கலாச்சாரம், மரபுகள், பாரம்பரியம் மற்றும் இனப்பற்று போன்ற அடையாளங்களை சீரழிக்கும் ஒரு இனம் தமிழர்களைத் தவிர வேறெவரும் இருக்க மாட்டார்கள்.  சீனர்களோ, அரபியர்களோ, ஜெர்மனியர்களோ, பிலிப்பைன், ஸ்பெயின் நாட்டை சேர்ந்தவர்களொ அல்லது ஆப்பிரிக்க இனத்தை சேர்ந்த எவர்களும் ஒருவரை ஒருவர் சந்தித்துக் கொண்டால் அவரவர்கள் மொழிகளில்தான் பேசிக் கொள்வார்கள். ஆனால் தமிழர்கள் மட்டும்தான் தமிழில் பேசிக் கொள்ள தயங்குவார்கள். காரணம் தாழ்வு மனப்பான்மையும், அடிமை குணமும், உன்னைவிட நான் படித்தவன் என்ற அகங்காரமும் தமிழர்களிடத்தில் அதிகமாகிவிட்டது.

உலகத்தின் முதல் மொழிகளில் ஒன்றான தமிழையும், மூத்தகுடி என்ற வரலாற்றுத் தொண்மைமிக்க கலாச்சாரத்தையும் மதிக்காத, அலட்சியப்படுத்தும் நமது குணங்களின் வெளிப்பாடுதான் இன்றைய இழிவு நிலை. ஜல்லிகட்டு பிரச்சனையில் சுப்ரீம் கோர்ட் தீர்ப்பு கொடுக்கும்வரை இளித்தவாயகர்களாக இருந்து வேடிக்கைப் பார்த்துவிட்டு, பிறகு அரசு ஒரு நல்ல முடிவைத் தரும் என்று காத்துகிடந்து தற்போது அதையும் அரசியலாக்கிவிட்டு அசிங்கப்பட்டு நிற்கின்றொம். அரசாள தகுதியில்லாதவர்களை பதவிகளில் அமர்த்திவிட்டு எல்லாவற்றையும் அரசு பார்த்துக் கொள்ளும் என்று மெத்தன்னமாக இருக்கும் போக்கை சோம்பேரித்தனம் என்றுதான் சொல்ல வேண்டும்.

பொங்கல் கட்டாய விடுமுறையிலிருந்து அகற்றப்பட்டு தேவையானால் எடுத்துக் கொள்ளலாம் என்று மத்திய அரசு மாற்றிவிட்டது. அய்யோ பாவம்! அப்படி ஒன்று நடந்தே தெரியாமல் இருந்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறது இந்த தமிழினம். நெருக்கடி கொடுத்த பட்சத்தில் மத்திய அரசு மாற்றிக் கொண்டுவிட்டது. அதை அப்படியெ எங்களால்தான் முடிந்தது பறைசாற்றிக் கொள்ளவும் இந்த அரசியல் கட்சிகள் தயங்காது. 

ஜல்லிகட்டை தடை செய்தவர்கள் பிரியாணியையும் தடை செய்ய வேண்டியதுதானெ என்று கேட்ட கமல் ஹாசனின் அர்த்தம் பொதிந்த கேள்விக்கு பதில் சொல்ல வக்கில்லாத பிட்டா அமைப்பினரும், மத்திய அமைச்சர் தவேயும் நமக்குச் சொல்லும் தத்துவங்களையும், சட்ட விளக்கங்களையும் கேட்க வேண்டிய அளவிற்கு தரம் கெட்டு போய்விட்ட தமிழ்சமுதாயத்தை நினைத்து கவலை மட்டுமில்லை, பயமாகவும் இருக்கிறது.  

தன்மானமில்லாத ஒரு வெற்று சமுதாயமாக மாறிவிட்டது தமிழ்ச் சமுதாயம்.    தமிழர்கள் இரண்டு விஷயங்களில் சிக்கித் தவிக்கின்றனர்.  ஒன்று கேடு கெட்ட அரசியல்வாதிகளின் வார்த்தை வித்தைகளில், இன்னொன்று சீரழிக்கும் சினிமா மாயையில். இந்த இரண்டும் இருக்க வேண்டிய இடத்தில் வைக்கத் தெரியாமல் போனதால் தமிழினம் நிலை குலைந்து நிற்கிறது.

காவிரியைத் தொலைத்து முப்பது வருடங்களாகிவிட்டது. உன்னால்தான், என்னால்தான் என்று ஒருவர் கண்ணை இன்னொருவர் குத்தி குருடாக்கிக் கொண்டு இருட்டரையில் வீரம் பேசிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள் நமது தலைவர்கள். என்ன நடக்கிறதென்று தெரியாமல் கடைசி நேரத்தில் மாரடித்துக் கொள்வது வழக்கமாகிவிட்டது. இப்போது ஜல்லிகட்டையும் தொலைத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறொம்... ஆனால் ஒவ்வொரு தெருச்சந்திலும் ஏதாவதொரு பிரியாணி மட்டும் விருவிருப்பாக வியாபாரமாகிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறது. விலங்குகளை அறுத்து உண்ணுவதை இன்னும் தடுக்கவில்லையாம் அதனால் அதைப்பற்றி நாங்கள் கவலைப் படமாட்டோம், ஆனால் மாட்டின் வாலைப் பிடித்துத் தொங்குகிறார்கள், இதனால் மாடுகளை வதைக்கிறோம் என்று கண்ணீர் வடிக்கின்றனர் பிட்டா அமைப்பினர்கள். இதையே மெக்சிகொவிலும், ஸ்பெயினிலும் போய் செய்ய வேண்டியதுதானெ?  அங்கெ தோற்றுப் போன காளைகள் பீஃப் ஸ்டீக்காக (மாட்டுக்கறியாக) வென்றவர்களின் தட்டிலில் பரிமாறப்படுவதை தடுக்க வேண்டியதுதானெ? ஏன் இந்த நிலை? தமிழன் என்ற உணர்வே நமக்கு இல்லாமல் போய்விட்டதாலும் தன்னைச் சுற்றி என்ன நடக்கிறதென்று தெரியாமல் முட்டாள்தனத்தின் படிகளில் ஏறிக் கொண்டிருப்பதினாலும்தான் இந்த கேவல நிலை. ஓட்டிற்கு கொடுப்பதுபோல் இதற்கும் பணம் கொடுத்தால்தான் உணர்வுகள் வருமோ என்னவொ?

உலகில் உயர்ந்து கொண்டிருக்கும் எத்தனையோ சமுதாயங்கள் தங்களது மொழி, கலாச்சாரம், இனம் ஆகியவைகளை விட்டுக் கொடுக்காமல் பாதுகாத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறது.  ஆனால், இருக்கிற கோவணத்தையும் கழட்டிக் கொடுத்துவிட்டு அம்மனமாக நின்றுகொண்டு வீரம் பேசும் தமிழ் சமுதாயத்தைப் பார்க்கும்போது கவலை மட்டுமில்லை, பயமாகவும் இருக்கிறது.

தமிழன் என்ற உணர்வை மழுங்க வைத்த பெருமை திராவிடத்தின் பெயர் சொல்லி தன்னை மட்டும் வளர்த்துக் கொண்ட தலைவர்களுக்குத்தான் முதலில் போய் சேர வேண்டும்.

திரிபுராவின் மாநில முதல்வர் மணிக் சர்க்கார் இன்னமும் சைக்கிளில்தான் முதல்வர் அலுவலகத்திற்கு சென்று வருகிறார்.  என் சகோதர இனம் இன்னும் வறுமைக் கோட்டுக்கீழே வாழ்ந்துக் கொண்டிருக்கும் போது எனக்கு மட்டும் ஏன் வசதிகள் என்று வாழும் அவரிடம் கேட்டுப் பாருங்கள் இன உணர்வு என்றால் என்ன என்று தெரியும்.

பக்கத்து மாநிலமான கேரளாவின் கம்யூனிஸ்ட் கட்சி முதல்வரும், எதிர்கட்சி காங்கிரஸ் கட்சித் தலைவரும், ஆளுனரும் ஒரெ காரில் மறைந்த தமிழக முதல்வரின் அஞ்சலிக்கு வந்ததை பார்த்தவர்களுக்குத் தெரியும் மலையாளிகளின் இன உணர்வுகள்.

காவிரி நதி நீர் தொடர்பாக ஒரே குழுமமாக டெல்லிக்கு செல்லும் காங்கிரசின் முதல்வர் சித்தாரமையாவிடமும், பிஜேபியின் எடியூரப்பாவிடமும், ஜனதா தளின் குமாரசாமியிடமும்  கேட்டுப் பாருங்கள், அவர்களிடம் இன உணர்வு நமது மர மண்டைக்கு புரியலாம்.  

தெலுங்கானவின் சந்திர சேகர ராவும், ஆந்திர முதல்வர் சந்திர பாபு நாயுடுவும் பிரிந்துவிட்ட மாநிலங்களின் முதல்வராக இருந்தாலும் இன்னும் ஒரே தலைமைச் செயலகத்தைப் பயன்படுத்திக் கொண்டிருக்கும் அவர்களிடம் கேட்டுப் பாருங்கள், அவர்களிடம் இனப்பற்று இருக்கும்.

பிஜெபியின் மராட்டிய அரசிற்கு சட்டசபையில் போதுமான பலமில்லாத போதும், சிவசேனாவுடனான கூட்டணி பேச்சுவார்த்தை முற்று பெறாமல் இழுபறியில் இருந்த நிலையில் நான் தருகிறேன் ஆதரவு என்று சட்ட சபையில் ஆதரவு கொடுத்த தேசிய காங்கிரசின் சரத் பவாரிடமும், சிவசேனாவின் உத்தவ் தாக்கரேயிடமும், முதல்வர் தேவேந்திர பத்னவியிடமும் கேட்டுப் பாருங்கள். அவர்களின் இனப்பற்றுத் தெரியும்.

தமிழினத் தலைவர்கள் என்று சொல்லிக் கொண்டு ஆளுக்கொரு டிவி சேனல்கள் வழியாக பாதி நேரங்களை சொந்தப் புராணத்தையும், ஒருவரை ஒருவர் ஜென்ம எதிரிகளாக வசைபாடிக் கொண்டு மீதி நேரத்தில் சினிமாப் புராணத்தைக் பாடிக் கொண்டு தமிழர்களின் தன்மானத்தை மழுங்கடித்து வைத்திருக்கிறார்கள் இந்த தமிழினக் காவலர்கள்.

இந்த அவல நிலையிலிருந்து காப்பாற்ற யாரும் வரமாட்டார்கள்.  ஆழந்த உறக்கத்தில் இருக்கும் நம்மை எழுப்பிவிட எவரும் இல்லை. நாம்தான் விழித்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். அரசியலையும் சினிமாவையும் வாசலில் செருப்பை கழட்டிவைப்பதுபோல் வைத்துவிட்டு இது நம் வீடு, இது எனது இனம், எனது மொழி, எனது கலாச்சாரம், எனது பாரம்பரியம், இவைகள் அனைத்தும் எனது சொத்துக்கள் என்ற மனநிலையை உருவாக்க வேண்டும். பணம் மட்டுமெ சொத்துக்கள் இல்லை. மானம், வீரம், கருணை, அறிவு, அன்பு, மன்னிப்பு இவைகள் யாவும் நிலபுலன்களைவிட அதிக முக்கியத்துவம் வாய்ந்த சொத்துக்கள்.

அரசியல் ஆள்வதற்கல்ல... மக்களுக்கு சேவை செய்ய என்பதை புரிந்து கொண்டால் அரசியல் வாதிகளிடம் நமது வாழ்க்கையை ஒப்படைத்துவிட்டு அழிந்து கொண்டிருக்கும் விவசாயத்தை நினைத்து கண்ணீர் விட மாட்டோம். நிலம் பாழகிவிட்டது, அதில் ஏர் உழவு செய்த மாடுகள் எல்லாம் மறைந்துவிட்டது. பொலிவிழந்த பொங்கலாக ஏதோ கடமைக்கு கொண்டாடிவிட்டு மாலையில் ஏதாவதொரு புது சினிமாவுக்கு சென்று வந்தால் போதும் என்றில்லாமல் பொங்கலை பெருமையோடு கொண்டாடும் தமிழனமாக மாறிக்கொள்ள நாம்தான் முயற்சிக்க வேண்டும்.

முச்சந்தியில் தமிழகம்.

தமிழகத்தின் பெண் சிங்கம் போதுமிந்த அரசியல் வேட்டையும் விளையாட்டுமென்று அமைதி கொள்ள முடிவெடுத்துவிட்டதொ என்னவோ, இரவோடு இரவாக அப்பொல்லொ சென்று இன்னொமெரு இரவில் விடைபெற்றுச் சென்றுவிட்டார். சரியொ தவறோ... அம்மாவின் ஆட்சி ஒரு ஜனநாயக சர்வாதிகார ஆட்சியாக இருந்தது. சரி என்று தோன்றியதை சரியாகச் செய்ததுடன்... சரியில்லை என்று சொன்னவர்களை சரிபாதிகூட மதிக்காமல் உடனிருந்து ஆதரித்தவர்களையும் எதிர்த்து நின்றவர்களையும் தான் விரும்பிய அரசியல் களத்தில் உள்வரச் செய்து பலரை அசிங்கப்படுத்தியும் சிலரை காலில் மிதித்தும் கம்பீர அரசியல் நிகழ்த்தினார் என்பதெ உண்மை.

தமிழக அரசியலின் மையமாக விளங்கிய அம்மா மற்ற தலைவர்கள் அனைவரையும், முதுபெரும் அரசியல் வித்தகர் கருணாநிதி முதற்கொண்டு தனது அரசியல் விளையாட்டில் எதிர்மறை அரசியல் (reactive politics) செய்ய வைத்தார். ஆனால் தற்போதைய கேள்வி, எம்ஜியார் தொடங்கிவைத்த அரசியல் மாற்றம் இப்போது முடிவுக்கு வந்துவிட்டதா? அப்பொல்லொ மருத்துவமனையில் அம்மாவின் உயிர் பிரியுமுன் அதிமுக விலை போய்விட்டதென்று பரவலாக செய்தி வருகிறது. அப்படி விலைபோய் விட்டால் வாங்கியவர்கள் யார் என்பது விரைவில் தெரியவரும்.

தமிழக அரசியலை மாற்றி அமைத்தவர்கள் மூன்று பெரும் தலைவர்கள். ஒன்று பெரியார். இன்னொருவர் அண்ணா, மூன்றமவர் எம்ஜியார்.

தீண்டாமை மற்றும் ஜாதிக் கொடுமைகளை எதிர்த்து தமிழகத்தில் பெரும் புரட்சியை ஏற்படுத்தியவர் பெரியார். சமூக மாற்றங்கள் நிரந்தரமாக இருக்க வேண்டுமென்றால் அரசியல் அதிகாரம் இருந்தால்தான் சாத்தியமாகும் என்று பெரியாரை விட்டுப் பிரிந்து தனிக்கட்சி தொடங்கி காங்கிரசை தமிழகத்தைவிட்டு துரத்தியடிக்க வித்திட்டவர் அண்ணா. கருத்து மோதல்களை தனிமனித மோதல்களாக மாற்றி சினிமாவைப் போல் அரசியலை ஆச்சர்யங்களும், அதிசயங்களும், பல திருப்பு முனைகளுமாக மாற்றி தனது ஆதரவாளர்கள் எல்லோரையும் சினிமா மாயவலைக்குள் முழுவதுமாக வைத்து அரசியல் நடத்திய எம்ஜியார்.

இம்மூவரும் தமிழகத்தின் அரசியல் தலைஎழுத்தை மாற்றிய வித்தகர்கள். அண்ணாவைத் தொடர்ந்து கருணாநிதியும் எம்ஜியாரைத் தொடர்ந்து ஜெயலலிதாவும் இரண்டுவிதமான அரசியல் நடத்தி இன்றுவரை தமிழகத்தின் இரு பெரும் தூண்களாக இருந்ததில் ஒன்று தகர்ந்துவிட்டது.

எனது பார்வையில் தமிழக அரசியல் தற்போது முச்சந்தியில் நின்றுக் கொண்டிருப்பதாக உணர்கின்றென்.

முதல் சந்து

ஜெயலலிதாவிற்கு பிறகு அக்கட்சியில் அவரைப்போல் இன்னொருவர் யார் என்ற கேள்விக்கு விடையிருப்பதைப் போல் தெரியவில்லை. தனது கட்சித் தலைவர்களையும் தொண்டர்களையும் தனிநபர் வழிபாட்டுக்குள் கொண்டுவந்து சர்வாதிகார ஜனநாயகவாதியாக ஆளுமை செய்ய ஜெயலலிதாவைப் போன்று மக்களின் ஆளுமை சக்தி கொண்ட தலைவர் வேறு யாரும் இருப்பதாகத் தெரியவில்லை. அப்படி இல்லாத பட்சத்தில் தனிநபரை முன்வைத்து நடக்கும் அரசியல் முடிவுக்கு வந்துவிட்டதாகத்தான் நான் உணர்கின்றென். ஒரு வேளை ரஜினி அரசியலுக்கு வந்தால் எம்ஜியார் பாணி அரசியல் தொடர வாய்ப்புள்ளது. அவரின் ஆளுமை ஈர்ப்பு சக்தி ஜெயலலிதாவிற்கு இணையாக அல்லது அதையும் தாண்டிகூட  இருக்கலாம். ரஜினி அரசியலுக்கு வருவாரா?

இரண்டாம் சந்து

கருணாநிதி அம்மையாருக்கு புகழாரம் சூட்டி ஒரு புதிய அத்தியாயத்தைத் தொடங்கி வைத்திருக்கிறார். எம்ஜியார் புருக்லீன் மருத்துவமனையில் சிகிச்சைப் பெற்றுக் கொண்டிருந்த போது ‘நாற்பதாண்டு கால நட்பு’ என்று ஒரு அறிக்கையை வெளியிட்டு அதிமுகாவினரை தன் பக்கம் இழுக்க முயற்சித்தார். அது வரலாறிகிவிட்டது. இப்போது அதெ போன்று மறைந்த அம்மாவிற்கு புகழாரம் பாடி... நாங்கள் அரசியலில் வேறுபட்டவர்கள்தான் ஆனால் கொள்கையால் திராவிடர்கள் என்று பூட்டிக் கிடக்கும் திராவிட அரசியலுக்கு புத்துணர்ச்சி கொடுக்கத் தொடங்கிவிட்டார் என்று உணர்கிறேன்.

திமுக திராவிட அரசியலுக்கு திரும்புகிறதென்றால் அதற்கு இன்னொரு முக்கிய காரணம் பிஜெபியின் திரைமறைவு வேலைகள். சசிகலா ஓபிஎஸ் கோஷ்டிக்கு நடுவே கட்டப்பஞ்சாயத்து செய்து கொண்டிருக்கும் மத்திய அரசின் உள்நோக்கம் ஆடு நனைகிறதென்று ஓநாய் அழுத கதைதான். பிஜெபி தற்போது காங்கிரஸ் பழங்காலத்தில் செய்த வேலையை செய்து கொண்டிருக்கிறது. அதிமுகாவின் உள்கட்சி விவகாரங்களில் பிஜெபி மூக்கை நுழைக்கும்போது திமுக வெறுமனெ பார்த்துக் கொண்டிருக்காது. அதிமுக இயற்கையாக சிதைய வேண்டுமென்று திமுக காத்திருக்க விரும்பினாலும் (நாலரை வருட அதிமுக ஆட்சி மீதமுள்ள காரணத்தினால்), பிஜெபியின் கட்டப்பஞ்சாயத்து திமுகாவை திராவிட அரசியலுக்கு இழுத்துச் சென்றுவிடும். 2ஜியைக் காட்டி திமுகாவின் வாயை அம்மையார் அடைத்தது போல் பிஜெபியால் முடியாது. காரணம் பிஜெபியில் அப்படிப்பட்ட தலைவர்களொ தொண்டர்களோ இல்லை.  

திமுக அதிமுகாவை உள்வாங்கிக் கொள்ளும் நோக்கத்துடன் செயல்படத் தொடங்கிவிட்டது அதனால்தான் புகழாரமும் அடக்கி வாசித்தலுமாக திமுக தலைமை அரசியல் செய்ய ஆரம்பித்துவிட்டது. இனத்தையும் மொழியையும் முன் வைத்து தூங்கிக்கிடக்கும் திராவிட அடையாளத்தை தூசித்தட்ட ஆரம்பித்துவிடுவார் கருணாநிதி. தமிழர்களின் உணர்வுகளை தந்தை தூண்டிவிட நிர்வாகம், எதிர்காலம், இளைஞர்களின் எதிர்பார்ப்பென்று இளைய தலைமுறையை குறிவைத்து மகன் ஸ்டாலின் செயல்படலாம். அப்படி நடப்பதில் தவறெதுவும் இருப்பதாக எனக்குத் தோன்றவில்லை.

மூன்றாம் சந்து

புளித்துப் போன திராவிட அரசியலும், புறையேறிப் போன ஜாதி மத அரசியலும் கோலோச்சி நிற்கும் தனி நபர் வழிபாட்டரசியலையும் தூக்கி எறிந்துவிட்டு சமூகநீதி, ஊழலின்மை, விவசாயம் மற்றும் தொழில் முன்னேற்றம் என்ற இந்த மூன்றைமட்டும் அடிப்படையாக வைத்து நேர்மறை அரசியலை (positive politics) உருவாக்க இதைவிட வேறு தருணம் கிடைக்காது. நாட்டின் மீது உண்மையாகவே கவலை கொண்டவர்கள், ஓட்டுகூட போட விரும்பாமல் ஒதுங்கி நிற்பவர்கள், சமூகத்தில் அக்கறை கொண்டவர்கள் எல்லொரையும் ஒன்றினைத்து ஒரு புதிய அரசியலுக்கு வழிகாண இது ஒரு நல்ல வாய்ப்பு. முடியுமா?

முடியும் என்று நான் நினைக்கிறேன். இருக்கின்ற எல்லா அரசியல் கட்சிகளும் எவ்வளவு விரைவில் ஆட்சியைப் பிடிக்கலாம் என்று முயற்சி செய்யும் அதெ தருணத்தில் அரசியல் மாற்றம் வேண்டும் என்ற கொள்கயை மட்டும் முன்னிறுத்தி உழைத்தால் காலப் போக்கில் அரசியல் போக்கையும் மாற்றலாம், ஆட்சிக்கும் வரலாம். மூன்றாவது பாதைக்கு அழைத்து செல்ல தகுதிவாய்ந்த தலைவர்கள் இல்லையே என்ற ஏகோபித்த அபிப்பிராயம் வெகுவாகவே இருக்கிறது.

உண்மைதான். திமுக அதிமுக இரண்டும் மாறாது. காங்கிரஸ் குதிரைச் சவாரி செய்து சலித்து தற்போது சவாரி செய்யக்கூட எதுவும் கிடைக்காமல் பிச்சையெடுக்கும் நிலைக்கு போய்விட்டது. பிஜெபி மற்றுமொரு காங்கிரசாக மாறிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறது. சிறு குறு கழகங்கள் அனைத்தும் இரு பெரும் திராவிட கட்சிகளின் பின்னால் கைகட்டி சேவகம் செய்யவில்லை என்றாலும் அவர்கள் போட்ட பாதையில்தான் பயணம் செய்து கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள். ஆகவே, அவர்களாலும் மூன்றாம் பாதைக்குள் நம்மை அழைத்து செல்ல முடியாது.

தற்போதுள்ள சூழலில் ஒரே ஒரு அரசியல் கட்சிக்கு மட்டும் அந்த தகுதியிருக்கிறது.  ஆம் ஆத்மி கட்சிக்கு அந்த தகுதி உள்ளதாக நினைக்கிறேன். ஜாதி மத அரசியல், தனிமனித வழிபாட்டரசியல் என்றில்லாமல் ஊழலற்ற மக்களாட்சி வேண்டுமென்பதில் ஆர்வமாக இருக்கிறது. அரசியல் உலகத்தில் ஆம் ஆத்மி கட்சி சிறு பிள்ளையாக இருப்பதன் காரணமாக அவ்வப்போது சிறு பிள்ளைத்தனமாக சில செயல்களை செய்து கொண்டிருந்தாலும் நோக்கம் தெளிவாக உள்ளது.

தமிழகத்தைப் பொறுத்தவரை, ஆம் ஆத்மி கட்சி சென்னையில் ஒரு சிலரைத்தாண்டி மற்றவர்களுக்கு தெரியாதென்றாலும், நாட்டின் மீது உண்மையான கவலையும் பற்றும் உள்ளவர்கள் ஒன்று சேர்ந்தால், தானகவே கட்சிக்குள் ஒரு நல்ல தலைமை உருவாகலாம், மாற்றத்திற்கான தொடக்கமாகவும் அமையலாம். 

Modi's poor home work

Modi’s government has done very poor home work before launching surgical strike on black money.  The objective of controlling or eliminating black money is certainly the need of the hour.  On 7^th November night he announced the cancellation of 500 and 1000 currency notes effective from night and asked us to exchange with new notes from bank from 9^th November onward.

It generates mixed responses and I don’t know whether to welcome this decision or worried about repercussions from common man.   Perhaps, accepted the decision as a bold and brave from Modi for the sake of the nation, but is 1.25 billion people can handle the transformation with shock? 

The currency in our purse become useless, yes the validity of the currency is depends on the acceptance in market and therefore technically it is useless.  Indian citizen accepts the decision and patiently waiting for the banks to open and exchange their cash on hand and now slowly landing in frustration. 

Petrol stations refused to accept old currencies though government told that they will accept.  Many shops are closed due to lack of cash in villages and towns.  Family occasions like marriages and other ceremonies are either postponed or cancelled.  Daily wagers have lost their income and are in desperate to find food for their family members.  Government ration shops are getting looted as reported one in Madhya Pradesh. Bank employees have forced to forget their own family and are struggling with enormous shock in handling the massive cash exchanges. Servers are breaking down between branches and headquarters.  Bank employees are prone to exaggerated common people if the situation continues for another week.  

The flaw in implementing the decision is slowly boomeranging and now the Finance minister is advising that it will take at least another twenty one days to become normal.  RBI is keep announcing that we have enough cash to replace but in reality branches are emptied with whatever cash they have.  I have many questions on this implementation method and I am expecting the responsible authorities from government to answer me because I am a good citizen of the country and do all my financial transactions through bank and pay taxes on time.

1)      It was announced in television channels that the decision is taken between PM and FM with Amit Shah on loop to keep the decision and implementation is secret.  But Venkaiyah Naidu briefed in press conference that they discussed this in their very first cabinet meeting.  Have they discussed the very method of sending surgical strike on common man?

2)      Finance minister claims that RBI was preparing this moment by printing enough replacement currencies?  If so, what measures was taken to prevent the news leaking to some people within the government? Government cannot dismiss Arvind Kejriwal’s questions as liars since there are conflicting news coming out from market.

3)      If RBI was planning to replace the currency, why don’t they release 500 and 1000 denominations which will ease the public in conducting their daily expenses?  Note that this won’t require calibrating the machine since the dimension of the currency is similar.

4)      What is the necessity of releasing 2000 denominations now while the common man is struggling to exchange in market due to lack of lower denominations?

5)      Does RBI know that calibrating the machine to accommodate 2000 notes will take many days including dry run with software and system? 

6)      Why not RBI discreetly releasing only 100 notes in ATM across the country for a month prior to announcement?

7)      What is the purpose of this strike?  Black money or tax evasion by cash parellel economy?

8)      To my mind, the surgical strike is not against black money since government has the list of black money hoarders and why don’t governments pass a law in parliament or use existing law to arrest those black money hoarders from the list? Why does government need to push them by suffering common men?  Is government is spineless to expose them in public?

9)      So, the surgical strike is against parallel unorganized cash economy, not against black money.  So, why does the government need to fool ordinary people like me by naming it fight against black money?

10)   While cash economy is part and parcel of the nation and if government want to people to shift from cash to cashless economy, why do they need to penalize 200% on the people who deposit the amount?    

11)   Don’t they throw the cash on water or burn it since they would be paying almost 90% of the deposited amount as tax and penalties?  What does the government benefit by destroying those valid notes?

12)   Don’t they know that destroying valid notes will create huge pressure on market flow, thus depriving the livelihood of millions people?  If so, what is government’s compensation to them since they are the victims?

13)   Government is trumpeting that yesterday alone 58 thousand Crore Rupees deposited in bank, but how much they returned as exchange?  Because, it is advised people to exchange only 4,000 and excess to be deposited. 

14)   How much we are losing on daily basis in market due to no cash? Where are the data?

15)   Total Indian economy is crippled due to millions of people on road leaving their works.  Will government issues a white paper about this historic decision and subsequent effects including data?

Every decision is validated, appreciated or condemned after its outcome.  We will applaud the government if the outcome is as desired, otherwise, Modi is shining only for those urban elites and not with common men and women.  India is made of common men and women, not urban elites.  Vajpayee made the mistake of believing India is shining under his rule and Modi will land up in same destination if he did not learn from Vajpayee mistakes.

Uniform Civil Code - Divide and Win

BJP government has suddenly taken up the Uniform Civil Code in the name of gender equality, harmony and progressiveness.  One India and One Law is the concept and has been heavily funded by some media companies in promoting pan India animosity among various political parties and communities.  One India and One Law can be catchy and media friendly to increase the TRP of television channels, but not even one percent of GDP growth.  Is One India and One Law is the forerun for One India One Language; One India One Culture; One India One Religion; One India and One ethnic, etc?     

Media started discussing and debating the law commission questionnaire issued on 7^th October and we have conveniently moved away from surgical strikes and increasing terror attacks on border area.  Nevertheless, it is the arrogance of Law commission that prepared a questionnaire in an irrelevant and negative format like a school children survey questionnaire. I have no doubt that the government is not sincere and trying to divide people to consolidate Hindu votes in UP election.   

All India Muslim Personal Law Board have considered this Law commission approach is an assault on Shariah law and promptly opposing with tooth and nail. In fact, not even 5% of Muslims in India are governed by Shariah law and I am doubtful about its application among community.  People interpret the way they like and defend under the pretext of Shariah Law.   

Central ministers are clarifying it as ‘not’ against Shariah, but to give equality to Muslim women who are at the receiving end of unilateral divorce from Muslim men.  Let us see the current status of gender issues as concerned by our central ministers Venkaiyah Naidu and Arun Jaitely.

Divorce and alimony:

The average divorce number in India is 13 out of 1000 marriages against 500 out of 1000 in country like UK and USA.  So, it is a negligible number considering the records available in courts.  Further, the divorce is the last resort for any marriages and unlike west, the family and society is allowed to pacify the couples to continue their marriage relationship. 

Further, the divorce law in our country is favouring men than women.  Whereas women is in permanent loss when she is divorced due to less or no inheritance assets from parents.  Most of the assets are divided among brothers and women are left with zero inheritance because of dowry system.  It is important to note that dowry is not all accounted and recorded and therefore the divorced women can never retrieve all the amount and gold that was given to bridegroom family. 

Now, how is our government addressing this equality problem existing for years?  Is there any accountability and records like marriage certificate for dowry certificate?  What are the stringent measures taken to eliminate dowry system? As long as dowry system is existing in India, there is no gender equality.  Will the government has the guts to go against dowry system?

Further, the alimony to divorced women is 10% of husband’s income.  How many men are filing proper income tax to verify their income?  Assuming that men are genuine and filing their proper income tax including their immovable assets, court can issue degree to give 10% of his monthly income per month, which is almost nothing in today’s living expenditures to maintain a rental home, children maintenance, health care, food, clothes, etc., Men can further approach court to reduce the maintenance fee with fake certificates and loss of job, etc.    

So, how is our government is planning to take up this meager alimony which is not at all addressing the equality issue as claimed by ministers?

Indian brides accounts for 41% of murdered deaths worldwide as per records.  Not to forget that there are equal or more number of bride murders are not reported or filed as criminal case. 

Divorce in India – Analyses

Thanks to our culture and tradition that our family institution is still strong and withstanding the so called liberal assaults and able to maintain a strong bonding of husband and wife.    

The divorce percentage among Hindu community is 4.7% whereas Muslims accounts 5.3% as per 2001 records.  In year 2011, the percentage of divorce among Hindus has increased to 5.5% and Muslims to 5.63%.  Divorce among Hindu community has increased more in comparison with Muslims within a decade.   The divorce rate among the age group of 24 to 35 is also increasing in India.  The breaking of marriage is frequently happening between one and five years mainly because of stable income to both of them.  Adaptability is replaced with incompatibility and couples facing differences in marriage are not ready to give more chances to reconciliation due to financial security through employment.  These are side effects of double income and financial dependency for both male and female partners.  Western consumerism is attracting the couples to ignore the tradition and culture.  I don’t deny the irreconcilable factors that may lead to logical conclusion of separation only, otherwise, may result in murder or undesirable outcome, and therefore, divorce is the safer method to lead a peaceful life for both of them.

Now the question is why does the BJP government have filed an affidavit claiming that Muslim women are under constant threat of triple talaq whereas the divorce percentage between Muslims and Hindus are almost same?  Constant threat is an assumption and cannot be a valid reason for interfering in personal code of Shariah. We need valid statistics to prove that Muslim women are getting divorced for cheaper reasons because men have the advantage of saying talaq three times at once to get rid of the women.

Hindu reforms Vs. Sharia reforms:

Eminent scholars, experts and some politicians are pointing to 1955 Hindu marriage act and recommending uniform civil code.  There is a fundamental difference in Hindu and Sharia personal laws.  Hindu religious scripts are not addressing the marriage rules and regulations in any of their religious scripts.  The religious followers have their own traditional rules covering their marriage which may be good or bad depends on the circumstances and validation. In absence of such codification, Hindu marriage acts require amendment by analyzing the best possible codes derived from other society and practice of laws from other countries.

However, in Islam, the marriage and divorce is clearly codified through Shariah law.  In Islam, the marriage is nullified if ‘Mahar’ (which has no proper meaning in English, but let me use the word ‘dowry’ for name sake), dowry was not given to wife by husband. The dowry must be defined and demanded by the girl, not by their parents or guardians. She can demand any amount and the husband has no right to claim back or use the money for his or even family requirements unless wife agreed to it.  This has been clearly codified in Islam and is the practice in many Arab and Muslim countries.  In India, it has been left to the community to manage and has been largely misused or not practiced.  Muslim men are demanding dowry from women as happening in other communities and for the sake Shariah record, husband gives a token amount or gold as Mahr.  This has to be changed.  If the government will enforce the Muslim community to follow proper Shariah law, Muslim women will be better off than any other women.

Why don’t the government issues ultimatum to All India Muslim Personal Law board to bring much needed reform of paying proper ‘Mahr’ to women by men and bring to government records as part of marriage certificates?

There are undesirable method of divorces happening among Muslim community using triple talaq at once which is due to ignorance from both Moulvis and common man.  Shariah clearly codified that one cannot say talaq three times at once unless there any extreme condition, otherwise, it is considered one utterance only.  Meanwhile, wife also can ask for ‘kulah’ divorce from husband.  Both husband and wife can live together at the same house for next sixty days to see the possibility of reconciliation.  If still no reconciliation, the man can go on and confirm ‘talaq’ at second time and they can be separated until further reconciliation options are exposed by their family and community.  Third talaq can be uttered after exposing the final reconciliation options and it is the final act of separation under the supervision of family and community.  The woman can retain her Mahr and still claim compensation depends on circumstances if she cannot marry again.  The women can retain her Mahr even if she can marry again and no one can take away her wealth.

The question is how many such practices are happening among Muslim community?  Why not All Indian Muslim Personal Law board enforces a reform that gives more than equal status to women as clearly mentioned in Quran and Sunnah?

Meanwhile, I believe that the questionnaire is rightly opposed and rejected by All India Muslim Personal Law Board because Hindus are not bothered or disturbed much with their religious credence to govern their marriage law. In absence of such codification, naturally, the questionnaire is questioning the existence Muslims Personal Law and therefore the opposition from Muslim community.

What we need at this moment is to eliminate discrepancy in divorce law, alimony and right enforcement of Shariah personal law among Muslims and free education to minority, especially girls.  Literacy improvement will alone bring gender equality and protect women against men’s exploitations.   

India is a mini world comprising of all religions, culture, traditions, ethnics, languages and diversified thinking.  This is the beauty of India.  We grow with differences and our characteristics are totally different and stronger than others.  In fact, USA is artificial model of diversified thinking and culture, but India is quiet natural. If USA can be a successful nation with diversified thinking then why not India?  Instead of dividing people for votes and power, let the rulers think of how to garner the strength from diversified thinking and move towards a powerful nation. 

Ramadan, training for spiritual purification

People's President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam

Abdul Kalam is a Arabic name meaning, slave of speech.  Kalam is from the root word of ‘kallam’ which means ‘say or speak’ which is popularly referred to the words of Allah, the Quran.  True to his name his speeches or advises or lectures are always thoughtful, innovating, inspiring, important, relevant and much needed.  His wisdom of knowledge coupled with versatile experiences in life made him a precious human asset for India. 

He present his thought and ideas by touching the emotional chords of listeners, be it to intellectuals or school children is a unique quality.  He is not an idealist, but idea generator by igniting the inquisitive minds of listeners with his wisdom of sparks.  The listeners either they are European Parliamentarians or assembly of world leaders, he spell bound them with his idea of world that is nothing but the grandeur of blossoming peace and prosperity.   When asked once, what will you send with the missiles, he answered that he wants to send ‘bouquet of flowers’.  We lost him and certainly it is irreparable and he could never be irreplaceable.   

He is a great inspirer and believer in God and His manifestations.   The relationship with God is most personal and not for demonstrating to the world.  He saw the God through his knowledge, experience, work, profession, service to nation, friendship, human relationship and an active life that is certainly beyond his age and health conditions.  He is an example of ‘life to live and serve, not to relax and spent time in penance’.  His understanding of world and the Creator may be different than many orthodox believers of God, especially a section of Muslims, but I believe that he surrendered everything to God including his life and that is what God expect the human being to oblige.

As a rocket scientist, he put our nation on the elect club of few countries and today’s success in reaching Mars has his own imprints.  When most of great scientific minds were left our country for better income and research facilities, our missile man carried the missile parts on bicycle in Vikram Sarabhai Space Station, Trivandrum, Kerala.  He along with other scientists worked on available fund to build a world class space launching facilities and command centers.   The nation reciprocated and made him the president of country and one must appreciate Mr. AB Vajpayee for the right noble initiative during his period as PM.    

As a president of the nation, he shows the importance of honesty and simplicity in life.  When everything is under his command as the first citizen of India, he acted and lived as the first servant of the country; a quality is unseen in today’s leaderships.  There was an attempt made to invite him for Hajj when he was the president and promptly refused saying that he want to come as a normal human being, not as president.  His brother performed Hajj not on state expenses is another example of his practicing honesty and simplicity in life.  He could have been continued in second term as president if the national leaders have put aside the insanity political doldrums.  Perhaps that could have been the design of God and blessings to millions of youngsters in college and schools.   He happily left the presidential palace and duly found a larger place in people hearts and minds.        

He travel around the country and met thousands of students and youngsters and inspired them until his death in IIM Shillong while giving lecture to the students.

While Mahathma Ghandhiji is remain our People’s Leader, certainly our APJ Abdul Kalam is our People’s President.   He lives in our hearts and minds forever.  May God bless you Sir.

  

நோன்பில் ஒரு நாள்

ரமளான் மாதத்தின் சிறப்பை அனுபவிக்க வேண்டுமென்றால் அது என்னைப் பொறுத்தவரை சவுதி அரேபியாவிற்கு விஞ்சி வேறெங்கும் முடியாது. முழுமாதமும் திருவிழாதான். பெரும்பாலான மனிதர்கள், பகலை இரவாக்கி, இரவில் விழித்திருந்து இறை வணக்கம் செய்வதிலும் சரி அல்லது ஷாப்பிங் மால்களில் விடிய விடிய சுற்றுவதிலும் இவர்களுக்கு நிகர் இவர்கள்தான்.

ஆனால் ரமளான் மாத இறைவணக்கத்தின் உச்சகட்ட சிறப்பை மக்காவிலும், மதினாவிலும் மனம் நிறைந்துப் பார்க்கலாம்.  படைத்தவனை நோக்கி மனம், உடல் இரண்டையும் ஒருமித்து, உலக விஷயங்கள் எல்லாவற்றையும் ஒதுக்கித் தள்ளிவிட்டு மரணத்திற்குபின் வாழப்போகும் வாழ்க்கைக்காக இறைவனிடம் மன்னிப்பு தேடும் அழுகுரல்களையும், அல்லது அமைதியில் லயித்து நிற்கும் ஆன்மாக்களையும் அழகுற பார்க்க்கலாம். சிறுவர்கள் முதல் முதியவர்கள் வரை இரவின் பெரும்பகுதியை தொழுகையிலும், குர் ஆன் ஓதுவதிலும் தமது நேரத்தை செலவிடுவதைப் பார்ப்பவர்களின் இறை நம்பிக்கை அதிகமாகும். மக்கா மதினா இமாம்களின் ஓதும் அழகே தனி.  அதை அனுப்வித்துக் கேட்க வேண்டும்.  அவர்களின் பின்னால் நின்றும் தொழும் பாக்கியம் உள்ளவர்ரகளுக்கு மட்டுமெ தெரியும். அவர்களது உச்சரிப்பும், ஓதும் அழகு மட்டுமல்லா அவ்வப்போது அழவும் வைத்துவிடுவார்கள்.  நரகத்தின் அச்சுறுத்தல்கள், இறைவனின் தன்மை, சொர்க்கத்தின் வர்ணனைகள், வாழ்வின் நோக்கம், மரணத்தை ஞாபகப்படுத்தும் வரிகள் எல்லாம் அவ்வப்பொது இமாம்களை உணர்ச்சி மிகைக்க வைத்து மனிதர்களின் உணர்வுகளை உச்சகட்ட நிலைக்கு கொண்டு சென்று நம்மை நாமே உரசிப் பார்க்க வைத்துவிடும்.   

இறை வணக்கம் என்பது தொழுகையில் மட்டும் இல்லை, வாழ்க்கையின் ஒவ்வொரு நற்செயலும் இறைவணக்கம் தான் என்பதை மற்றெல்லா மாதங்களைவிட அதிகமாக பறைசாற்றும் மாதம் ரமளான். இறை வணக்கங்களில் உள்ள எல்லாவும் மனிதன் தனக்காக, தன் ஆன்மாவின் ஈடேற்றத்திற்காக செய்கிறான், ஆனால் நோன்பு மட்டும் எனது அடியான் எனக்காக செய்கின்றான், அதனால் என் அடியானுக்கு கணக்கின்றி கொடுப்பது எனது கடமை என்று சொல்கின்றான் இறைவன். ரமளான் மாதத்தின் வாழ்க்கையை முஸ்லீம்கள் வருடம் முழுவதும் வாழ ஆரம்பித்தால், இந்த மக்களை உலகில் எந்த சக்தியாலும் ஒன்றும் செய்யமுடியாது என்பதில் எனக்கு எந்த சந்தேகமும் கிடையாது.

எத்தனையோ அழகான ரமளான் நாட்கள் என்னுள்ளே பசுமையாக குடியிருக்கும்போது இந்த ஒருநாளை நான் பகிர்ந்துக் கொள்ள ஆசைப் படுகின்றேன்.  21ம் இரவை மக்காவில் தொழ வேண்டுமென்ற ஆவலுடன் குடும்பத்துடன் எனது பயணம் நேற்று ஐந்து மணிக்குத் தொடங்கியது.  தாமதமான புறப்பாடுதான்.  நோன்பு திறக்கும் நேரத்திற்குள் கஃபா சென்றுவிடவேண்டுமென்று காரில் புறப்பட்ட நான், எதிரில் ஆப்பிரிக்க நாட்டைச் சேர்ந்த ஒரு கருத்த பெண்மணி (பொதுவாக இவர்கள் மாநகர குப்பைத் தொட்டிகளை கிளறி அதில் இருக்கும் பிளாஸ்டிக், தகரம், அலுமினிய குப்பிகள் மற்றும் பாட்டில்களை பொறுக்கி விற்று பிழைப்பு நடத்துபவர்கள். மேலும், சட்ட விரோதமாக குடியேறியவர்கள்) வந்து கொண்டிருந்தாள்.  உடனே என் மனைவி, காரில் ஏற்கனவே தயார் செய்து வைத்திருந்த அரிசிப்பைகளில் ஒன்றை (ஒவ்வொரு கிலோவாக கட்டி வைத்திருந்தாள்) எடுத்து கொடுக்கச் சொன்னாள்.  எனது இரண்டாவது மகன் அப்பெண்மணியை அழைத்து ஒன்றைக் கொடுக்க, அவள் இன்னொன்றும் கேட்க, இன்னொரு பையையும் கொடுத்தான்.  அதற்குள் இன்னொரு கருத்த பெண்மணியும் வர அவளுக்கும் இரண்டு அரிசிப் பைகளை கொடுத்துவிட்டு புறப்பட்டோம்.

போகும் வழியில் சாண்ட்விச் வாங்க்கிக் கொண்டால், இரவு சஹர் நேரச் சாப்பாட்டிற்கு பிரச்சனை இருக்காது என்று இரண்டு மூன்று கடைகளை தேடிச்சென்றும் நாங்கள் எதிர்பார்த்த லஹம் சாண்ட்விச் இல்லாததால், பார்த்துக் கொள்ளலாம் என்று ஏறக்குறைய ஐந்தரை மணிக்குத்தான் ஜெத்தாவை விட்டு புறப்பட முடிந்தது. வழியில் இரண்டு போலீஸ் செக்பாயிண்டுகளை கடந்து ஒருவழியாக ஆறரை மணிக்கு குதை பார்க்கிங் மைதானத்திற்கு வந்து சேர்ந்தோம்.  சவுதி அரசாங்கத்தின் இலவச ஏற்பாடக ஆயிரக்கணக்கான வாகனங்கள் நிறுத்தவும், உடனுக்குடன் செல்ல நூற்றுக் கணக்கில் பேருந்துகளும் உள்ள இடம்.  மைதானத்தில் கிட்டத்தட்ட இருபதிற்கு மேற்பட்ட கழிப்பிட வசதிகள், இளைப்பாற இருக்கைகள், வாகனங்களை பாதுகாக்க போலீஸ் ரோந்து, போக்குவரத்தை சீரமைக்க நூற்றுக் கணக்கில் காவலர்கள், அவர்களுக்கு உதவி செய்ய சவுதி ஸ்கவுட்டைச் சேர்ந்த கல்லூரி மாணவர்கள் என்று திரும்பிய இடமெல்லாம் உதவி கிடைக்க ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டிருந்தது.

குதைப் பார்க்கிங்கிற்கு நுழையும் போதே வழி நெடுக நோன்பு திறப்பதற்கான உணவுப் பொட்டலங்கள் வழங்கப்பட்டன.  ஒரு ஜூஸ், சீஸ் பிரட், தண்ணீர் பாட்டில், பேரித்தம் பழம், லபன் (தயிர்) ஒரு பாட்டில் என்று ஒரு மனிதன் வயிராற உண்பதற்கான எல்லாம் இருந்தன. வரும் வாகனங்கள் ஒவ்வொன்றையும் நிறுத்தி வாகனத்தின் உள்ளிருப்பவர்கள் எல்லோருக்கும் அள்ளிக் கொடுத்துக் கொண்டிருந்தனர்.  நானும் எல்லாவற்றையும் வாங்கிக் கொண்டேன்.  நோன்பு திறப்பதற்கான பதார்த்தங்களை ஏற்கனவே எனது மனைவி தயார் செய்து வைத்திருந்தாலும், அவர்கள் கொடுப்பதை மக்காவின் ஹரத்தினுள் யாருக்காவது  கொடுத்துவிடலாம் என்று வாங்கிக் கொண்டேன்.  ஒருவழியாக ஒரு பார்க்கிங் கிடைக்க காரை நிறுத்திவிட்டு பேருந்து நிற்குமிடத்தை நோக்கி நடந்தோம். 

எனது குடும்பத்தினர் நால்வருக்கும் போக வர பதினாறு ரியால்களுக்கு பயணச்சீட்டைப் பெற்றுக் கொண்டு பேருந்தை நெருங்கினோம். திரும்ப வருதவற்கான பயணச்சீட்டையும் அங்கேயெ கொடுத்துவிட்டு ஏறினோம்.  ஏறுவதற்கு முன் யாரோ ஒருவர் ஒரு இரண்டு கிலோ மதிப்புள்ள பெரிய பேரித்தம் பழப் பெட்டியை என் மகளின் கையில் கொடுக்க அதையும் வாங்கி சேமித்துக் கொண்டேன்.  புறப்பட்ட பேருந்து சற்று நேரத்தில் ஒரு இடத்தில் நிற்க, இரு இளைஞர்கள் பேருந்தின் உள் இரண்டு அட்டைப் பெட்டிகள் ஏற்றிவிட்டு, அதில் உள்ள உணவுப் பொட்டலங்களை நீங்களே எடுத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள் என்று சொல்லிவிட்டு பின்னால் வரும் அடுத்தப் பேருந்தை நிறுத்துவதற்கு இறங்கி ஓடினார்கள்.  வேண்டும் வேண்டாமென்று ஆளுக்கொரு உணவுப் பொட்டலம் மீண்டும் பரிமாறப்பட்டது.  அவைகளையும் வாங்கி சேமித்துக் கொண்டேன்.

ஹரத்தின் வாசலில் பேருந்து வந்து நிற்க, இறங்கி நடந்தோம். நடக்கும் வழி நெடுக, மீண்டும் உணவுப் பொட்டலங்கள், லபன் (தயிர்), குளிர் பானங்கள், பழங்கள் என்று பரிமாறப்பட்டன.  யார் இவைகளை கொடுக்கிறார்கள், அவர்கள் பெயரென்ன யாருக்கும் தெரியாது.  கொடுக்கும் பொட்டலங்களிலும் யாரும் தமது பெயரை அச்சடித்துக் கொள்வதுமில்லை. இறைவனுக்காக செய்யும்போது அதன் கணக்கு இறைவனிடத்தில் மட்டுமே பதிந்தால் போதும் என்ற உயரிய இறை அச்சத்தை மட்டும் பார்க்க முடிந்தது. முடிந்தவரை கொடுப்பதை எல்லாம் வாங்கிக் கொண்டு ஹரத்தினுள் நுழையும் போது மணி ஏழை நெருங்கிவிட்டது.  கொண்டு வந்த உணவு பொட்டலங்களை, வயதானவர்கள், குடும்பத்துடன் அமர்ந்திருந்தவர்கள், பிள்ளைகள், நோன்பு திறப்பதற்கு வெறும் தண்ணீரும் பேரித்தம் பழம் மட்டும் வைத்திருந்தவர்களாக பார்த்து எல்லாவற்றையும் கொடுத்துக் கொண்டே கஃபாவின் உள்ளரங்கை நெருங்கினொம்.

ஹரத்தில் ஏறக்குறைய ஐந்து லட்சத்திற்கு மேற்பட்டவர்கள் அமர்ந்திருக்கக் கூடும்.  எங்கு பார்த்தாலும் மனிதர்கள்தான், உட்கார இடம் கிடைப்பதுகூட கடினமாக இருந்தது.  நாங்களும் ஒரு இடத்தை தேடிப்பிடித்து அமர்ந்தோம்.  பாங்கு சொல்வதற்காக காத்திருந்தோம்.  விடியுமுன் உணவருந்தி, இறைவன் பார்த்துக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றான் என்ற ஒரே அச்சத்தில் எதுவும் சாப்பிடாமல் இப்போது நோன்பு திறக்கும் நேரத்திற்காக காத்திருக்கும் மனிதர்களில் நானும் ஒருவனாக அமர்ந்திருந்தேன். 

உலகமெங்கிலும் என்னைப்போல் கோடான கோடி முஸ்லீம்கள் பாங்கின் ஓசைக்காக காத்திருப்பதை நினைத்துப் பார்த்தேன்.  எல்லோருடைய எதிர்பார்ப்பும் பிரார்த்தனையும், இறைவா! உனக்காக நோன்பு நோற்றென், ஏற்றுக் கொள் இறைவா! தெரிந்தும் தெரியாமல் செய்த தவறுகளை மன்னித்துவிடு இறைவா! எனது பெற்றோர்களுக்கு மன்னிப்பு வழங்கு இறைவா! எனது வருங்கால சந்ததியர்களை நல்லவர்களாகவும், உனக்குப் பிடித்தவர்களாகவும் வாழ்த்வதற்கு வழிகாட்டு இறைவா! உன்னையே வணங்குகின்றோம், உன்னிடத்தில் மட்டுமெ உதவி தேடுகின்றொம் என்ற பிரார்த்தனைகளை மனதில் சுமந்தவனாக காத்திருந்தேன்.

பகலிருந்து இரவு பிரிந்தது.  சூரியன் எங்கோ தொலைந்துக் கொண்டிருந்தான்.  தினந்தோறும் நிகழும் அதியம், பகல் இரவு மாற்றம் ஆயத்தமானது.  இறைவனின் அத்தாட்சியாக நமது கண் முன்னே நிகழ்வதை புரிந்துக் கொள்ள முடியாமல் இறைவனை அலட்சியப்படுத்தும் இறை மறுப்பாளர்களை நினைத்துப் பார்த்தேன்.  கஃபாவின் பாங்கொலி முழங்கியது.  இன்றைய நோன்பு முடிவிற்கு வந்தது. அருகில் அமர்ந்திருக்கும் தெரியாத மனிதர்களிடம் ஒருவருக் கொருவர் இருப்பதை பகிர்ந்து உண்டோம். மனிதர்கள் மனிதர்களாகத் தெரிந்தார்கள்.  இலக்கு ஒன்றாக இருக்கும்போது எல்லோருக்கும் எல்லாம் கிடைக்கிறது,  அங்கு ஒற்றுமையுடன் ஒருவருக்கொருவர் உதவி செய்தால் இலக்கை எட்டலாம் என்ற உதாரணம் அங்கு அரங்கேறியதைக் கண்டேன். அதிலும் இலக்கு இறைவனை நோக்கியதாக இருந்தால் வெற்றி எல்லோருக்கும் கிடைக்கும்.  இலக்கு மாறுபடும் பட்சத்தில், அவரவர்களின் இலக்குதான் சிறந்ததென்று மனிதர்கள் மாறுபடுகிறார்கள். மாறுபடுவதும் மட்டுமல்ல மனித வர்க்கங்களை கூறு போட்டு மனிதத்தை புதைத்தும் விடுகிறார்கள்.  மனிதம் புதைக்கப்படும் போது எல்லோருக்கும் எல்லாமும் கிடைப்பதில்லை.    

ஷெக் சுதைசி அவர்கள் மஃரிப் தொழுகையைத் தலைமையேற்று நடத்தினார். நீண்ட நாட்களுக்குப் பிறகு அவருடைய தலைமையில் தொழும் சந்தர்ப்பம் கிடைத்தது.  தொழுகை முடிந்து, மதாப் பகுதியில் கஃபாவின் மெற்கு பகுதியில் ஒரு இடத்தைப் பிடித்து அமர்ந்து கொண்டுவந்த தேயிலை நீர் பருகினொம்.  எகிப்து நாட்டைச் சேர்ந்த வயதான மனிதர் ஒருவரும் எங்களுடன் தேநீர் பருக, இரவு மற்றும் தராவீஹ் தொழுகைக்கு மனம் தயரானது.

1987ல் முதன் முதலாக கஃபாவில் தராவீஹ் தொழுதேன். ஷெக் சுதைசி மற்றும் ஷெக் அப்துல்லா ஜாபர் அவர்கள் இருவரும் தலைமையேற்று நடத்துவார்கள்.  கஃபா அப்போது முற்றிலும் மாறுபட்ட உள்ளமைப்புகள் கொண்ட வளாகம்.  கூட்டமும் அதிகமிருக்காது.  மிகவும் ரசித்து ஆனந்தப்பட்டு தொழுதோம்.  அன்றைய அனுபவத்தில் தொழுகையில் மனம் ஈடுபட சுற்றுப்புற சூழலின் அமைதி அவசிமாக இருந்தது.  இப்போது சூழலின் தன்மை முக்கியமில்லை.  அன்றைக்கு நான் கேட்ட அனைத்து வேண்டுதல்களும் எனக்கு கிடைத்துவிட்டது.  இப்போதும் ஒரு முக்கியமான வேண்டுதலுடன் வாழ்வின் திருப்புமுனையாக அமைய வேண்டுமென்று இறைவனிடம் என்னை சமர்ப்பித்துக் கொண்டிருந்தேன்.

இஷாவின் தொழுகை அறிவிக்கப்பட்டு, ஷெக் சாலிஹ் அல் தாலிப் கணீரென்ற குரலில் எல்லோரின் மனதையும் இறை சிந்தனையை நோக்கி இழுத்தார்.  தொழுகை முடிவில் ஷெக் சுதைசி அவர்கள், லைலத்துல் கதிரின் மான்பையும், ஒற்றைப்படை இரவுகளில் அதை தேடுவதின் அவசியத்தை ஹதீசின் மூலமாக விளக்கமளித்தார்.  தனது உரையில் சவுதி மன்னரின் சேவைகளையும் அவ்வப்போது சேர்த்துக் கொண்டார்.  பல ஆண்டுகளுக்குப்பிறகு, ஹரத்தில் சவுதி வாழ் மக்கள் அதிகமாக கலந்து கொண்டதை பார்க்க முடிந்தது.  வெளிநாடுகளிலிருந்து வரும் உம்ரா பயணிகள் குறைவாக இருந்ததுதான் பெரும் காரணம்.

ஷெக் அப்துல்லா ஜொஹனி முதல் பத்து தொழுகையையும், ஷெக் மாஹர் இரண்டாவது பத்து தொழுகையும் தலைமையேற்று நடத்தினார்கள். பதினொன்று பதினைந்திற்கு முடிவுற்ற தராவீஹ் தொழுகையைத் தொடர்ந்து, யாரோ கொடுத்த பேரித்தம் பழத்தை எனது மகன் நாங்கள் அமர்ந்திருந்த இடத்தின் அருகாமையில் எலோருக்கும் பகிரிந்து கொடுக்க மீண்டும் ஒரு தேநீரை அருந்திவிட்டு கியாமுல்லைல் தொழுகைக்கு தயாரனோம்.

ஷெக் ஷுரைம் அவர்களும் அவரைத் தொடர்ந்து ஷெக் சுதைசி அவர்களும் தலைமையேற்று தொழுகை வைத்தார்கள்.  ஷெக் அப்துல்லா ஜாபருக்கு பிறகு ஷெக் ஷுரைம் அவர்கள் சுதைசி அவர்களுடன் சேர்ந்து பல ஆண்டுகளாக தொழுகை வைத்து வருகிறார். இவ்விருவர்களின் ஓதுதலில் தொழும்போது ஒவ்வொருவரையும் உலக சிந்தனைகளிலிருந்து விடுவித்து இறை சிந்தனைக்கு எடுத்துச் செல்லும் ஆற்றலை இறைவன் வழங்கியிருக்கிறான்.

இரண்டு முப்பதிற்கு தொழுகை முடிந்து, குடும்பத்துடன் புறப்பட்ட நான், குதை பார்க்கிங்கிற்கு முடிந்தவரை வேகமாக சென்று சேரவேண்டுமென்று எத்தனித்து பேருந்து நிற்குமிடத்தை நோக்கி நடந்தேன்.  முன் கூட்டியே பயணச்சீட்டு வாங்கிவிட்டதால், நேராகச் சென்று பேருந்தில் ஏறிக்கொள்ள வேண்டியதுதான்.  சீட்டு வாங்கதவர்கள் கூட பயணம் செய்யலாம், யாரும் கேட்கப் போவதில்லை என்றாலும், குதை பார்க்கிங்கிற்கு அநாவசியமாக யாரும் பயணம் செய்ய மாட்டார்கள் என்று எந்த பரிசோதனையுமில்லை.  பேருந்து நிர்வாகத்திற்கு மனிதர்கள் மேல்தான் எத்தனை நம்பிக்கை.

ஆச்சர்யம் என்னவென்றால், மீண்டும் பேருந்து நிலைய பாதைகளில், சஹர் நேரச் சாப்பாடு பொட்டலங்கள் பரிமாறப்பட்டன.  இரண்டு வேன்களிலிருந்து கை நிறைய அள்ளிக் கொடுத்த காட்சி மறக்க முடியவில்லை.  எனக்கும் நான்கு பொட்டலங்கள் கிடைத்தது.  அரபி மந்தி சோறும் கறியும் கொண்ட பொட்டலம்.  ஒரு மனிதன் நன்றாக உண்ணலாம்.  இதை யார் கொடுக்கிறார்கள் என்று கேட்டேன்.  யாரோ ஒரு பெரும் தொழில் வர்த்தகர் கொடுக்கிறார், ஆனால் பெயர் தெரியவில்லை என்று சொல்ல, சுபுஹானல்லாஹ், இறைவன் தூய்மையானவன், இச்செயலை செய்யும் அந்த பெரிய மனிதன் இன்னும் அதிகமதிகம் செய்ய இறைவன் அருள் செய்யட்டும், இதை வாங்கிய நானும் உலகத்தின் ஏதாவதொரு இன்னொரு மூலையில் என்னால் இயன்றதை செய்ய இறைவன் எனக்கும் அருள் செய்யட்டும் என்று பிரார்த்தித்தவனாக நடந்தேன்.

இன்றைய இரவுத் தொழுகையில், ஷெக் சுதைசி அவர்கள் தொழுகை வைக்கும் போது இபுராஹீம் நபியவர்கள் மக்காவில் செய்த பிரார்த்தனையை, ஓதினார்கள், அந்த வசனம்:

“இந்த பட்டணத்தை பாதுகாப்பான இடமாக ஆக்கி வைப்பாயாக! இதில் வசிப்போரில் யார் அல்லாஹ்வையும் இறுதி நாளையும் நம்புகிறார்களோ அவர்களுக்கு பலவகை கனி வர்க்கங்களையும் கொண்டு உணவளிப்பாயாக!”

கஃபாவில் யாரும் பசியுடம் இந்த இரவை முடிக்கப் போவதில்லை என்று மட்டும் உறுதி.  எங்கிருந்தோ வந்தன, யாரோ விநியோகின்றனர், என்னை போன்றவர்கள் அதை வாங்கி இன்னொரு புறத்தில் கொடுத்துவிட்டு போகின்றனர்.  உணவளிப்பவன் நான்தான் என்று இறைவன் சொல்கின்றான்.  அதை எனக்கு மட்டுதான் என்று வாங்கி தனது தேவைகளுக்கு அதிகமானதை மறைத்து வைக்கும்போது எங்கோ யாரோ உணவின்றி பசியில் வாடுகின்றான்.  வழங்கப்படுகின்ற ஒவ்வொருவரும் சோதிக்கப்படுகின்றனர்.  மனிதர்கள் பேராசையில் அடுத்தவர்களுக்கு சேர வேண்டியதையும் சேர்த்து தான் மட்டும் அனுபவிக்கின்றனரா அல்லது இல்லாதவர்களுக்கு கொண்டு சேர்கின்றனரா என்ற சோதனை வாழ்க்கையில் ஒவ்வொரு மனிதனுக்கும் நிகழ்கின்றது. அவன் இறைவனை நம்பினாலும் அல்லது நம்பாவிட்டாலும் நடக்கின்றது.  நடகின்ற வழியில் மூன்று பேரித்தம் பொட்டலம் தரையில் கிடந்தது. எடுத்த நான் அடுத்த நிமிடத்தில் எதிரில் நின்று கொண்டிருந்த பாகிஸ்தான் பெண்மணி ஒருவரிடம் கொடுத்தேன்.  மகிழ்வுடன் பெற்றுக் கொண்டாள்.

நான் ஒரு காரணி, காரணம் இறைவனிடத்தில் உள்ளது. எல்லாவற்றிர்க்கும் ஒரு காரணம் உள்ளது.  எதுவும் எதிர்பாரமல் நிகழ்வதில்லை.  எல்லாம் ஒரு காரணத்துடன்தான் நடக்கின்றன. அது என்ன, எப்படி என்று விபரம் எல்லா நேரத்திலும் நமக்குத் தெரிவதில்லை. அதை தெரிந்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டுமென்ற தேடுதலில் ஒவ்வொரு நிமிடமும் நமக்கு நிகழும் சோதனைகளை புரிந்து கொள்ளாமல் தோற்றுக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றோம். சாதாரணமாக நமக்கு நடக்கும் சிறுசிறு செயல்களில் கவனம் செலுத்தாமல் எங்கே ஓடுகிறோம் என்று தெரியாமல் ஓடிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறொம். 

வீட்டைவிட்டு வெளியேறும் போது கொடுக்கத் தொடங்கினேன்.  கொடுத்ததைவிட பன்மடங்காக அன்றைய தினத்திலேயெ இறைவன் எனக்கு திருப்பிக் கொடுத்துவிட்டான். என்னுடைய வணக்கங்கள் இறைவனை ஒரு துளியும் உயர்த்தப் போவதில்லை.  நான் இறைவனை வணங்காவிட்டால் இறைவனின் தகுதியில் ஒரு அணுகூட குறையப் போவதில்லை.

என் வாழ்வின் திருப்புமுனையாக நான் கேட்ட வேண்டுதலை இறைவன் ஏற்றுக் கொண்டான்.  உதவி செய் இறைவா, நான் வெற்றி பெற வேண்டும்.  உன்னை திருப்தி செய்தவனாக, நானும் திருப்தி கொண்டவனாக உன்னிடத்தில் திரும்ப வேண்டும்.

    

Teaching is learning

I have recently conducted a one day marketing training course to young and established marketing executives in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Knowledge is a powerful tool if it is allowed to exchange.  While the experience is absolutely mine but the knowledge is not. Knowledge and experience need to be shared in order to enlarge our own knowledge bucket and be ready for new experiences.

Marketing is a phenomenal ability combining ideas, relevance, values, strategy, planning and communication.  Marketing is the backbone of any business and contributes immensely in business growth if it is performed with due relevance.  Many of the companies in Saudi Arabia, especially, the small and medium establishments thinks that Marketing is all about setting up sales agenda and outlets.  Marketing is not sales or advertising only.  It is more about exchanging values between company and customers.  People may buy the products for a price, but expects uncompromising values to remain loyal to the product / brand.  Marketing ensures the value proposition and sales growth.  Companies ignoring marketing and focusing only on sales strategy failed to increase the profits and mostly unable to come out of price war that they locked in with competitors.    

Marketing is a game played by human intelligence. 

Modi and black money - Jayalalitha and corruption

If you want to rule India, the first quality is that you should be shameless and the second quality is to know how to manipulate the emotions and foolishness of people.   In India, it is possible and possible again and again, because of our foolishness, ignorance and emotions.  The political parties thrive from our emotions, ignorance and blind followings.   Political parties and leaders were able keep the momentum and add more followers to keep us remain ignorant and fools. 

All the political leaders are almost doing the same thing and now we have two distinctive examples.  One is Modi and another is Jayalalitha. 

Modi uses the emotions of educated and uneducated mass by offering rhetoric promises with a time frame to achieve.  He promoted himself as the savior of the nation and promised to bring back black money to India within hundred days of his government. 

Now his government says that they cannot disclose the names to Supreme Court, because they are bound by a treaty signed between Germany and India in 1995.  Don’t they know this treaty was active before becoming the ruling party?  Their rhetoric party leaders were filing RTI, issuing statements in television stations against then ruling party UPA for not disclosing the names.  They stalled parliament proceedings for months and disturbed entire government machinery.  Finally, they are doing the same what UPA was doing?

Where is Nirmala Sitharaman thumped in media presentation demanding than finance minister Pranab to release the names?  Now she is the minister of corporate affairs, sitting on the same list.  Where is Ram Prasad, who speaks philosophically about inability of UPA government’s failure to disclose the list in Supreme Court?  Now he is the law minister agreeing with the treaty signed between India and Germany.  Where is Varun Ghandi who filed RTI as a Member of Parliament asking to disclose 600 odd names?  Now he is loyal and obedient servant of BJP government and guarding his tongue.  Where is our PM Modi who says that we don’t need to dig gold if we bring the black money back to India?  What happened to his cabinet’s first decision of forming SIT to investigate and bring back the black money?   

So, being shameless is an important trait in politics.  In fact, a necessary tool to protect their chairs, power and enjoy the privileges.  I am as a citizen of India is the real stupid for voting Modi and thinking that he will be different and true to his words.  I am the stupid and unable to understand that Modi need to be true to his financiers than a common man like me.     

The next example is Jayalalitha, former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.  She is clear convict and lodged in jail with court ruling and punishment.  Her entire party machinery fought tooth and nail in public projecting the leader is as victim of judgment.  They made mockery of justice system for 18 long years and finally insulted the judge and the system.  They even abused Karanataka and the people.  Entire India was laughing at us at seeing the swearing ceremony of new cabinet with flood of tears and cries.  

Her money and muscle power works relentlessly for day and night and got the much needed interim bail from Supreme Court.   Tamil film fraternity which was supporting Anna Hazare few years back for his anti corruption movement made a u turn and completely forget what is corruption.  The same leading actors succeeded to act to the script of AIADMK by showing solidarity with Jayalalitha.  For AIADMK members, corruption is part of political life and they even don’t mind to pass legislation in assembly approving the corruption as a legal act.

Where are we living?  Where are the morals of leadership?  Are we the people of India where Ghandhiji have sacrificed his life to show an exemplary leadership model? 

My major worry is that now media also becoming shameless and conveniently hides or hype up certain issues depends on various influences that help their business.   We don’t have any formidable media that can stand for the people.  Media is at the hands of political parties and rich people to drive the public sentiments to their favour.  They are not illustrating the truth as it is.  They are manipulating people’s opinion to their favour.    

My next major worry is will our courts upholds the principles of justice for all and treat everyone on par.  If a business man lies, made his company into loses and failed to deliver the promises to his shareholders, his company will be ceased, bank accounts are frozen and assets are confiscated and even let him live in jail.  But there is no legal system that can send the politicians and rulers to jail if the politician lies to become power holders and failed to deliver the promises that they did in public and are allowed to go free in addition to the damages they did in government coffers.    

Politicians, administrative executives, justice system, media and rich can interpret the way they want and would escape from any penalties and punishments.  All these powerful institutions will let the poor to die by upholding the constitution and allow the rich and powerful to live free by bending the rules.

The shameless leaders are slowly succeeding in corrupting the entire population to become shameless.  The country will sink soon not because of any economical disasters, but of moral corruptions that are taking place at all spheres of our life.  

Survival of Fittest

Naratha Muni have found a celestial mango fruit and brought to Lord Shiva to share with his children Ganesha and Murga, the two son gods.  Lord Shiva would like the mango to be shared equally between brothers, but Naratha had another idea.  He suggested a running race for brothers to encircle the universe and the fruit will be given to the one who can come first.  It was fascinating and thrilling to both gods and competition begins.  While Muruga jumped on his famous rider, the peacock, Ganesha with huge body and elephant face knows that he cannot match his brother’s agility, and decided to use his mind by posing a wonderful question to Lord Shiva. 

‘Is not Lord Shiva the universe?’ Lord Shiva amazed with the intelligence of Ganesha and has certainly affirmed with him. Ganesha just took a simple walk around of Lord Shiva and won the competition.   After making exhaustive circum of universe with his peacock, Murga disappointed to witness that Ganesha already enjoying the mango treat.  The rest is a great epic in Tamil religious history.  The epic revolved around three famous gods of Tamils, but I can derive a perfect example for ‘survival of fittest’.    

Entire mankind is in unparalleled race and trying to unseat each others.  Most of the individuals have the propensity imbibed in their hearts and minds to treat others as his or her potential enemies or obstacles to their growth.  Success at the expense of others is the order of contemporary life and people travel to any length to cut down others for no obvious enmity. 

We simply accept the norms without looking at the veracity of basic stimuli, the ‘survival of fittest’ that made the world become ‘mad’ at each other.  The proponent of survival of fittest is derived to engage humans to a new level of talent acquisition for self advancements but diligently negated the possibility of collective progress.  The encomium surrounding on the theory of survival of fittest attracts more followers with less conviction. Because, the mankind is the best flocks that walks on the order of a shepherd dreaming that the shepherd will lead them to a worldly achievement and salvation.  We just accept, not agreed.  By just accepting the ‘survival of fittest’, we legitimize the irreconcilable values and drive ourselves to the inexplicable bewilderment.    

We create a permanent pandemonium in mind due to forced acceptances and failed to envisage the necessity of agreement.  Agreement demand conviction and sadly seldom ready for the process of conviction.  Conviction demands balance of mind, reasons of existence and rationale thought process.  Do we have the time to exercise these critical elements?  Millions of issues being carried, executed, diluted, augmented in mind and evaporated in daily bedlam without being agreed or convinced, yet life goes on.  We are in the race without knowing the target.

Yes, the life goes on either we accept or agreed with it.  It does not wait for anyone.  It moves.  It has been intertwined with time.  It has been further disheveled due to our irrational self acclamation that we only dapping in.  We further divulging our soul towards the darker trench believing that it is enlightening and providing necessary security.  We are defeating ourselves without even knowing it.

We bend the life the way we want to live and conveniently forgetting the natural process that is larger than the life structure that we create and lives in.  We are mostly naïve irrespective of our age, experience, expertise and lock ourselves with the vicious cycle of our own making.  We field ourselves with inherited trait of ‘the fittest will survive’ and diametrically opposed the characteristics that are built to propel us.  We connect our survival with ever evolving theory of ‘fitness’ that has been defined by circumstances, thus allowing us to be controlled by mystifying forces.  The uncontrollable happenings within and outside of our self is the perfect example of acceptance and not agreement.

Every day we compete, we fail mostly and win sometimes, we justify and compete again.  The cycle continues viciously and we pass these traits to our children.  We let our circumstances to define our life and we become slaves of it.   And we force our children also to become slaves of circumstances, because, we believe only fittest will survive.  The concept and theory of ‘survival of fittest’ is to belittle the human dignity and enslave the weak to strong and to free the strong from any accountability.  The survival of fittest theory was to create a world order that favours the advantageous group that are already in power and permanently disallowing the weak any genuine opportunities or forcing to pay the price of being weak.    

An artificial intelligence was created with strong mobilization to disintegrate the people in the name of competition.  The artificial intelligence is an intellectual product of strong to permanently keep them in advantageous position.  Further, the strong dictates and defines the nature and level of competition aided by the blades of cunningness, thus preventing the natural intelligence from any growth.  In fact, the natural intelligence is effectively replaced with artificial intelligence.  

Every child is blessed with natural intelligence and it is the duty of parents, teachers, society and country to aid the natural intelligence to grow, function and mature.  The natural intelligence plays amicable role in life offering wider control on every individual to perform their role in satisfaction of its Creator.  The natural intelligence beautifies the life, because it is balanced and not forcing the individual to race against time.  Natural intelligence allows the mankind to travel with time, nature and enjoy the life.  Natural intelligence offers space to everyone and never punishes the weak; rather lend a helping hand to lift them to higher level.  Human beings are created with certain advantages and disadvantages, not to create the theory of ‘survival of fittest’ but to enforce the noble theory of co-creation for a collective journey in achieving supremacy.

The world is not to compete, but co-create and cooperate.  Replace the survival of fittest with natural intelligence to co-create and cooperate for a better world where the strong is the servant of weak, not a master.
