Condeleeza Rice – The Navigator

Condeleezza Rice have assumed a new role as a chief dictator, rather a navigator, who can direct all the mighty intelligence and police forces of subcontinent in a particular direction that will serve the interest of America. Since Mumbai terror attack, US Secretary of State is busy in monitoring the proceedings of political and diplomatic pressure in subcontinent. Now and then, she is issuing directives through media and other diplomatic channels to pressure India and Pakistan by issuing extra-judicial and extra-political authority on these two countries.

If US seriously believe of a constructive role in these crises, they should put pressure on Pakistan only and not on India. US interests were there in nurturing such terror outfits in Pakistan so as to use in appropriate time to divert world attention and more importantly to pin down the Indian economy. LeT and JM are blessed by Pakistan government establishment with a tacit approval from their US masters. If US wants to shut down these camps can easily do so through Zardari and no need of Indian air force or military involvement. Any Indian Military involvement at this situation will drain our economy since India is also suffering from world recession. The Indian public anger is understandable, but cannot rationalize the view of military action. It is obvious that such options are not only costly, but counter productive as we are experiencing everyday from US actions in Afghanistan and Iraq.

I seriously believe our leaders in Indian government are highly capable enough to tackle this issue without any interference from US. If Pakistan needs to survive as a united country, they should first clean their house, no matter how hard it is. Otherwise, the downfall of Pakistan as one country is very near and needless to say that this will happen by their domestic terror forces. India needs to have the wisdom and clarity in their approach to this problem. The unification of Indian Intelligence forces under single command and analyzing all the info collected through various agencies has to be taken by the same command. This is the most important and urgent task to be accomplished. Further strengthening our local forces with upright officers and remove corrupted elements from responsible positions are second most important task for central government.

Indian government should show the courage and strength and stand on its own rather than looking for directions from US or European leaders. Not to forget that India need to increase their vigilance on India grown terror outfits from Muslims and Hindu organizations, which are all not lesser than external terror groups.

The Voice of India - 2

Preface 2

To raise a common platform we Indians require smashing many hurdles. Smashing the hurdles is not at all welcome in a society that is riddled with countless agenda from conniving leaders, hence it is often understood as ‘bashing’ of one group against other for their own selfish reasons towards searching of common platform. Perhaps, that is the main consequential reason for intellectuals who are confused to break or afraid to penetrate. Obviously they are not ready to disturb the apple cart. Sometimes, I wonder and believe that it may be the main reason for the incomplete structure of our government, society, political system, education, religious intolerance and language barriers or divisions. All of them are perfectly giving an impression of decomposition or phantom.

This country was structured by our beloved freedom fighters with their own genius style and wisdom, which is not understood by mass. In other words the mass was not ready to take the burden of understanding the rational behind the political or social system that our freedom fighters were dreamed of. Eventually, a gap is created and the collective energy have not even started its journey at the first step itself and failed to give any formidable objective or shape to achieve. Though I born after independence, I believe that the momentum of classic start is lost or failed or was not there in our united voyage. It may be due to non arrival of consensus path or confused to choose error free route or pre occupied with power sharing or hurry to eat the cake. Alternatively, the leaders who followed Gandhi, Nehru, Patel and Azad were not fair enough to understand the common man’s aspirations. Except few leaders, rest of them is short sighted or simply not capable enough to steer the nation. There is a distant reality between the struggle for freedom and the struggle for functional government.

The confused structure of our formation gave birth to confused mindset right from poor to rich, genius to fools and youth to elder. The confusion started at the time of independence – where to go? Either Socialism or Republic or Democracy – the confusion of three doctrines merged to one and conveniently forget the ground reality. The result is that the mixed races have got the mixed doctrines and theories as the political and social ideological system and ultimately end in confused human being. The common man is confused of his identity whether is Tamilian or Bengali or Punjabi or Indian? His
Outlook as a citizen is limited to his well being and immediate surroundings. His India is limited to his state or physical geographical reach. The recent incidences in Mumbai as ‘Mumbai for Marathwadas’ is reinforcing the limited vision as Indian citizen. The gap of ruling and ruled class is widening.

Henceforth, the Indian is standing at the complex of confusion. His intelligence is annihilated in confusion. His superior values are knocked down to the confused destinations. Things that are right before independence, considerably failed after independence.

The common man lost his confidence in government a long time ago and now he is used to the situation and left to mend his own future without much assistance from the government. Politicians and officials have created a big gap between them and people. Election after election, the gap is widening and if at all any connections that is only between the ruling elites and their party members only. Aligning people in the name of party, caste, religion and region pushes the common citizens to identify with such groups even instantly. The common man is pushed to scare for anything or agitate for everything and sadly his voices are generally unheard. There is no any forum or platform for these common people. Even media is playing its own game to make sure of its reach, distribution and peak time business and conveniently forget to reflect or put forth those common voices. The gap is literally and instantly occupied by few irregular and inconsistent intellectuals only to end in vain. The prowess of our history as a great country is still in the papers and dreams.

A combination of arrogance and ignorance gives birth to the present administrative system that has fair share of blame on people’s ignorance. The inherited system by the present set of politicians comes handy for the administrative machinery to conveniently run away with what they got or secured. The present system has no any progressive adaptation to deliver the good things to the much awaited poor citizens in India. The present political and administrative system is nothing but the breed of confused doctrines created by our fore-fathers.

This system gives the taste of bribe, a convenient route to escape from practical problems, an excuse for incompetence and a chance to skip the problems or throw them to other shoulders. This situation is completely interesting for the mockery politicians and law makers to play with the nerves of illiterates in great extend and to literate in some extend.

So is there any end to it? Certainly there is a solution to end the confusion and to start a constructive progress. It is a simple philosophy of life and everything is volume in this simple sentence of ‘Human beings are programmed to fight and survive’. Every human has the ability to fight irrespective of their intellectual and physical fitness. He or she may get certain strength and sources from his or her own religion or principles or belief provided the religion or principles or belief is unadulterated. Irrespective of the sources and strength, he or she will have to fight for their satisfaction of both material and spiritual requirements. But the question, how and who will lead this fight?

A legitimate guide is necessary to assemble the common voices towards a common goal. This has to start now because we don’t have anything with us, because ‘everything we got that has lost’. We need to search from the place where we lost and certainly in our own land under our own feet and in our heart. We lost the principles of ‘complete Indian’ internally and externally. We need to start from the perspective of ‘complete Indian’ to naturally build ourselves as a ‘complete Indian’

A complete Indian not necessarily belongs to one religion, one race or one region or one language or even one caste. India is an ocean and has many seas in the name of religion and regions. But all are water and appear seamlessly in one. All are created by one God and in whatever names he is being called. He is God the single Power. India is the cradle of that Power and Indians are the representatives of the God. India is the answer to world problems. Indians are the guide to the world well being.

Political blunders and Innocent lives

This can happen only in our country. Every mistake of the political leadership is heavily paid by the common people. Till 80s, we were paying it in the form poverty, poor economical growth, and discriminative living conditions but now by lives and blood. It is sickening to see the carnage of Mumbai for the past three days and shamefully all the leading politicians, irrespective of parties, were absent from public view. Where are they? Why are all hiding in safe heavens under Z category when the poor soldiers and brilliant officers are killed by terrorists? Until now, Raj Thakery, a politician from Mumbai was thundering around with his Goondas shouting ‘Mumbai for Marathas only’, but where is he when the icon of Mumbai, Taj Mahal Hotel was destroyed by terrorists? This can happen only in India.

It is heartening to see the valiant fights by NSG, Army and Police personnel but saddening to see the death of innocent people and the fighting security personnel. The leadership is mostly uninspiring and plays with the emotional issues of ordinary common citizens. The leadership is least bothered of sane voices from intellectual quarters, because the intellectuals are not vote banks. A distinct example is the press interview of Maharashtra deputy CM R. R. Patil and in the end he shouted Bharath Mata Ki Jai. This can happen only in India. We don’t want slogans and we want the protection and security to our Bharath ka Citizens.

I have very serious doubt about our neighbours’ control over their political establishments and administrative machinery. The Pakistan PM’s statement of ‘we are with you’ does not sound enough to pacify our anger and anxiety, rather questioning his control and ability. If he is really genuine and be ‘with us’ he should visit with his foreign minister and intelligence chiefs to find the ways and means to eradicate such destructive camps in his own country.

Our PMs uninspiring speech and inability to stands firm at this juncture is so pathetic. He is even unable to call for all party meet and send an all party delegation to Mumbai. Can they not united for a moment and forget their differences? These are the people governing us or waiting to govern our nation! This can happen only in India.

Let us accept that our intelligence apparatus failed to come together and shed their egoistic functionalities. Perhaps, the national security adviser is busy somewhere else or unable to put things together. We need to have one single head or commanding officer to bring all intelligence agencies under one umbrella. Can it happen?

The communal politics is the single most destructive fountain from where the blood flows since 1990s. It breeds extremism and terrorism. The corruption along and communal politics are the fertile grounds for such tragedies. The PM waiting Mr. L.K. Advani cannot shred his responsibility of spearheading the communal politics for power, and if he is genuine leader, he alone can fight and clean his home at first. I wonder these politicians can fight on issues that are relevant to our nation and place themselves above petty differences? We want to choose them based on better options rather than choosing one bad among the worst. Is this possible?

The Voice of India

Preface

‘Being an Indian is not as easy as saying ‘I am an Indian’

The above statement is fairly enough to summarize the nation India. India is country of physically united but mentally divided. The mental division of Indian is the obvious truth but conveniently ignored often at all level. The process of confusion after confusion evolved for the past thousands of years, 'in the name of everything', is still in progress, and absolutely progressing without any disturbances, to the dismay of ignored opportunities to terminate this very ‘process of confusion’. I wonder how long this subcontinent needs to live with this turmoil of problems affected by the process of confusion? When are we going to terminate or cease the 'process and progress of confusion'? Yes 'we need change'. I am ready to borrow this slogan from Mr. President elect Barak Obama. I also strongly believe that 'yes we can'. We need to have a better India that has every beautiful elements of life, however, to re-discover and put into the practical life mechanism of its citizens.

‘Indians are so complex – neither superior nor inferior - and they are so innate’ – an opinion from other than Indians. Yes Indians are so reserved because they are complex in nature and appearance. Complex of what? This is an interesting question that cannot be answered easily. Because of the fact that every Indian in born in the 'process and progress of confusion'. Is our natural journey can get the right answer or do we need the right answer to start the new journey? Nevertheless, the journey of every Indian is very important, in fact, more than any others in the 'collective journey of this world'. Obviously, the right answer will pave the way for the right label of Indian to begin the right journey that is very important in the 'collective progress of our world'.

Every Indian is proud of his long existence as unique race in this world despite of continued devastating spell of assaults on all physical and mental aspects of life, precisely by religious in addition to social, political, cultural, economical and geographical altercations. India as a civilized land withstands all those storms and will continue to do so. But, are we destined to resist or withstand only? In other words will continue to live a defensive life that has nothing to offer to the world? Especially when the world is misled to the destruction path by the lone, so called superpower!

Unless we shed the despair and depression of our confused existence we could never perform as united India and equally the time is right for us with plenty of opportunities to reform our mind and soul, often it is so loud and clear in recent happenings.

An Indian cannot be a complete Indian, if he or she can’t come out of this monistic thinking of own self existence by whatever means of material or spiritual satisfaction alone. A complete Indian is none other than the one who practice and display the quality of spiritual and material life for the 'collective progress'. Only a complete Indian can transform his personal ethics into the collective progress of the nation as the prime duty towards the nation we belong. This is the core issue of our nation and evidently the much needed phenomenon for the success of our nation as united India. But how do we achieve that?

Indians are second to none in any workmanship and well talented to tackle any contemporary problems by both mentally and physically. Economically we may be inadequate but that is not the criteria for disqualification. Eventually economical superiority alone cannot bring glory to any nation. No nation in this earth has shown her long standing capability with the stability of economy alone. The purified knowledge is superior to any material wealth and such knowledge alone can lead to the success and salvation in both aspects of life. We Indians have got the fountain of purified knowledge, but unable to tap them to the benefit of general mankind, particularly to India. Virtually, we use the knowledge for self purification only and unable to convert the individual strength or success as collective victory. We Indians need to master in both form of life in order to make our country strong in economy and military.

To answer the question of how to be a complete Indian, as basic requirement, our country needs to find a common platform. A country of countless races and faces; culture and tradition; religion and social; caste and languages earnestly looking for a common platform for a very long time since independence - an ideal and only opportunity to terminate the ‘process & progress of confusion’. Finding a common platform is the only significant way to close the gaps and differences among the multi racial community to transform it as a 'multi dimensional & functional nation' for a common objective.

Is it easy to find a common platform?
