Modi and black money - Jayalalitha and corruption

If you want to rule India, the first quality is that you should be shameless and the second quality is to know how to manipulate the emotions and foolishness of people.   In India, it is possible and possible again and again, because of our foolishness, ignorance and emotions.  The political parties thrive from our emotions, ignorance and blind followings.   Political parties and leaders were able keep the momentum and add more followers to keep us remain ignorant and fools. 

All the political leaders are almost doing the same thing and now we have two distinctive examples.  One is Modi and another is Jayalalitha. 

Modi uses the emotions of educated and uneducated mass by offering rhetoric promises with a time frame to achieve.  He promoted himself as the savior of the nation and promised to bring back black money to India within hundred days of his government. 

Now his government says that they cannot disclose the names to Supreme Court, because they are bound by a treaty signed between Germany and India in 1995.  Don’t they know this treaty was active before becoming the ruling party?  Their rhetoric party leaders were filing RTI, issuing statements in television stations against then ruling party UPA for not disclosing the names.  They stalled parliament proceedings for months and disturbed entire government machinery.  Finally, they are doing the same what UPA was doing?

Where is Nirmala Sitharaman thumped in media presentation demanding than finance minister Pranab to release the names?  Now she is the minister of corporate affairs, sitting on the same list.  Where is Ram Prasad, who speaks philosophically about inability of UPA government’s failure to disclose the list in Supreme Court?  Now he is the law minister agreeing with the treaty signed between India and Germany.  Where is Varun Ghandi who filed RTI as a Member of Parliament asking to disclose 600 odd names?  Now he is loyal and obedient servant of BJP government and guarding his tongue.  Where is our PM Modi who says that we don’t need to dig gold if we bring the black money back to India?  What happened to his cabinet’s first decision of forming SIT to investigate and bring back the black money?   

So, being shameless is an important trait in politics.  In fact, a necessary tool to protect their chairs, power and enjoy the privileges.  I am as a citizen of India is the real stupid for voting Modi and thinking that he will be different and true to his words.  I am the stupid and unable to understand that Modi need to be true to his financiers than a common man like me.     

The next example is Jayalalitha, former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.  She is clear convict and lodged in jail with court ruling and punishment.  Her entire party machinery fought tooth and nail in public projecting the leader is as victim of judgment.  They made mockery of justice system for 18 long years and finally insulted the judge and the system.  They even abused Karanataka and the people.  Entire India was laughing at us at seeing the swearing ceremony of new cabinet with flood of tears and cries.  

Her money and muscle power works relentlessly for day and night and got the much needed interim bail from Supreme Court.   Tamil film fraternity which was supporting Anna Hazare few years back for his anti corruption movement made a u turn and completely forget what is corruption.  The same leading actors succeeded to act to the script of AIADMK by showing solidarity with Jayalalitha.  For AIADMK members, corruption is part of political life and they even don’t mind to pass legislation in assembly approving the corruption as a legal act.

Where are we living?  Where are the morals of leadership?  Are we the people of India where Ghandhiji have sacrificed his life to show an exemplary leadership model? 

My major worry is that now media also becoming shameless and conveniently hides or hype up certain issues depends on various influences that help their business.   We don’t have any formidable media that can stand for the people.  Media is at the hands of political parties and rich people to drive the public sentiments to their favour.  They are not illustrating the truth as it is.  They are manipulating people’s opinion to their favour.    

My next major worry is will our courts upholds the principles of justice for all and treat everyone on par.  If a business man lies, made his company into loses and failed to deliver the promises to his shareholders, his company will be ceased, bank accounts are frozen and assets are confiscated and even let him live in jail.  But there is no legal system that can send the politicians and rulers to jail if the politician lies to become power holders and failed to deliver the promises that they did in public and are allowed to go free in addition to the damages they did in government coffers.    

Politicians, administrative executives, justice system, media and rich can interpret the way they want and would escape from any penalties and punishments.  All these powerful institutions will let the poor to die by upholding the constitution and allow the rich and powerful to live free by bending the rules.

The shameless leaders are slowly succeeding in corrupting the entire population to become shameless.  The country will sink soon not because of any economical disasters, but of moral corruptions that are taking place at all spheres of our life.  

Survival of Fittest

Naratha Muni have found a celestial mango fruit and brought to Lord Shiva to share with his children Ganesha and Murga, the two son gods.  Lord Shiva would like the mango to be shared equally between brothers, but Naratha had another idea.  He suggested a running race for brothers to encircle the universe and the fruit will be given to the one who can come first.  It was fascinating and thrilling to both gods and competition begins.  While Muruga jumped on his famous rider, the peacock, Ganesha with huge body and elephant face knows that he cannot match his brother’s agility, and decided to use his mind by posing a wonderful question to Lord Shiva. 

‘Is not Lord Shiva the universe?’ Lord Shiva amazed with the intelligence of Ganesha and has certainly affirmed with him. Ganesha just took a simple walk around of Lord Shiva and won the competition.   After making exhaustive circum of universe with his peacock, Murga disappointed to witness that Ganesha already enjoying the mango treat.  The rest is a great epic in Tamil religious history.  The epic revolved around three famous gods of Tamils, but I can derive a perfect example for ‘survival of fittest’.    

Entire mankind is in unparalleled race and trying to unseat each others.  Most of the individuals have the propensity imbibed in their hearts and minds to treat others as his or her potential enemies or obstacles to their growth.  Success at the expense of others is the order of contemporary life and people travel to any length to cut down others for no obvious enmity. 

We simply accept the norms without looking at the veracity of basic stimuli, the ‘survival of fittest’ that made the world become ‘mad’ at each other.  The proponent of survival of fittest is derived to engage humans to a new level of talent acquisition for self advancements but diligently negated the possibility of collective progress.  The encomium surrounding on the theory of survival of fittest attracts more followers with less conviction. Because, the mankind is the best flocks that walks on the order of a shepherd dreaming that the shepherd will lead them to a worldly achievement and salvation.  We just accept, not agreed.  By just accepting the ‘survival of fittest’, we legitimize the irreconcilable values and drive ourselves to the inexplicable bewilderment.    

We create a permanent pandemonium in mind due to forced acceptances and failed to envisage the necessity of agreement.  Agreement demand conviction and sadly seldom ready for the process of conviction.  Conviction demands balance of mind, reasons of existence and rationale thought process.  Do we have the time to exercise these critical elements?  Millions of issues being carried, executed, diluted, augmented in mind and evaporated in daily bedlam without being agreed or convinced, yet life goes on.  We are in the race without knowing the target.

Yes, the life goes on either we accept or agreed with it.  It does not wait for anyone.  It moves.  It has been intertwined with time.  It has been further disheveled due to our irrational self acclamation that we only dapping in.  We further divulging our soul towards the darker trench believing that it is enlightening and providing necessary security.  We are defeating ourselves without even knowing it.

We bend the life the way we want to live and conveniently forgetting the natural process that is larger than the life structure that we create and lives in.  We are mostly naïve irrespective of our age, experience, expertise and lock ourselves with the vicious cycle of our own making.  We field ourselves with inherited trait of ‘the fittest will survive’ and diametrically opposed the characteristics that are built to propel us.  We connect our survival with ever evolving theory of ‘fitness’ that has been defined by circumstances, thus allowing us to be controlled by mystifying forces.  The uncontrollable happenings within and outside of our self is the perfect example of acceptance and not agreement.

Every day we compete, we fail mostly and win sometimes, we justify and compete again.  The cycle continues viciously and we pass these traits to our children.  We let our circumstances to define our life and we become slaves of it.   And we force our children also to become slaves of circumstances, because, we believe only fittest will survive.  The concept and theory of ‘survival of fittest’ is to belittle the human dignity and enslave the weak to strong and to free the strong from any accountability.  The survival of fittest theory was to create a world order that favours the advantageous group that are already in power and permanently disallowing the weak any genuine opportunities or forcing to pay the price of being weak.    

An artificial intelligence was created with strong mobilization to disintegrate the people in the name of competition.  The artificial intelligence is an intellectual product of strong to permanently keep them in advantageous position.  Further, the strong dictates and defines the nature and level of competition aided by the blades of cunningness, thus preventing the natural intelligence from any growth.  In fact, the natural intelligence is effectively replaced with artificial intelligence.  

Every child is blessed with natural intelligence and it is the duty of parents, teachers, society and country to aid the natural intelligence to grow, function and mature.  The natural intelligence plays amicable role in life offering wider control on every individual to perform their role in satisfaction of its Creator.  The natural intelligence beautifies the life, because it is balanced and not forcing the individual to race against time.  Natural intelligence allows the mankind to travel with time, nature and enjoy the life.  Natural intelligence offers space to everyone and never punishes the weak; rather lend a helping hand to lift them to higher level.  Human beings are created with certain advantages and disadvantages, not to create the theory of ‘survival of fittest’ but to enforce the noble theory of co-creation for a collective journey in achieving supremacy.

The world is not to compete, but co-create and cooperate.  Replace the survival of fittest with natural intelligence to co-create and cooperate for a better world where the strong is the servant of weak, not a master.

Modi's rear vision

A college girl took some mobile photo shoots of her domestic furniture and used electronics and uploaded on an internet site for sale.  She sold it for Rs. 45,000 and paid her first semester fee in pursuit of her career dreams.  This was a television commercial for online trade website and is the perfect depiction for India’s government policy and budget presentation.   

Messers Modi and Jaitely want us continue to buy their dreams in pursuit of ‘Ache Din’.  Yes dreams only and not even their vision and road maps.  After 45 days in power, Jaitley was able to understand the ‘mess’ created by UPA and decided to mess around with the ‘same’ instead of offering a new road map that can entice a new economical growth.   Instead of offering a new road, they decided to travel on the same road with different carrier.  Mr. Jaitely had to agree with his UPA predecessor for the estimated 4.1% deficit.   Perhaps, is an indication of confusion that is prevailing with NDA governance?  They can conveniently hide under the pretext of having less time to work for any drastic measures, especially the tax system.   We know that any tangible results is possible after few years only, but where is the beginning?

UPA faltered couple of years back after their daring exercise of selling as much as national assets to private investments and found nothing more to offer to attract further investments.   They did the same after they took over from Vajpayee government.  Now NDA is doing the same. 

Meanwhile, with contraction of social welfare schemes that is eating away large chunk of hard cash, UPA decided to cut down all other expenses expect subsidies to balance the financial situation.  In fact, the option in front of them was a) reduce the government expenditures (b) increase revenue options.  UPA with the daily dose of scams and coalition blackmails, they were unable to think of anything that is innovative, let alone re-engineering existing revenue options.  With elections in corner, they have decided to continue subsidies and reduce expenditures while expecting voters will be fooled again.  The victim is India’s economical growth. 

Once again, NDA is almost doing the same with one particular change that is opting for option B that is increasing revenue options.  Of course, the first option was tried, tested and buried with the defeat of UPA.  NDA naturally need to go with option B due to assured majority in parliament that will allow them to experiment with the new plan. 

Nothing wrong in selecting this option, but the issue is Modi and Co is still in election mode and failing to come with a road map that can deliver or assure inflation control and increase employment and better cash flow in market.   They are opting for wait and see game expecting the market to behave better and would interfere if market fails.  Obviously, NDA is looking for natural growth with minimum disturbances from government.  But that is not the remedy to Indian economical stagnation.

NDA seems to be working on selling their domestic assets (as the college girl was doing in television commercial) to industrialists and FDI as a major source of capital flow to stem the rot of economical doldrums.   Capital inflow to stimulate the growth is much needed phenomenon, but from where are we planning to bring the capital?  Perhaps, their worry is more about how then where?  They chose Railway and Defense are the major attraction for FDI since almost all revenue making PSU’s are already sold to private investments.   Since 1990, our economical policy of allowing private investments went in improper direction and leads us to many social issues and irregular social developments.    NDA is certainly pursing the same path where UPA was travelling and none of these political parties have any long term vision of developing an insulated economical growth capable of withering global disturbances.   Our domestic economy strength was able to withstand the global financial crises and continue to post GDP growth of between 7 and 8%, due to certain velocity that our domestic economy was growing.  The domestic production and consumption was strong enough to keep the momentum within India and avoided possible tsunami that swept almost 75% of the world.  By opening more avenues to foreign investment, we are weakening our domestic production capability and simply ignoring our ingenious strength.  We are going to pay heavy price for it and NDA or UPA will never be forgiven. 

While Railway needs basic improvements and better facilities, does it require FDI to improve the service facilities?  Can’t we do it ourselves by generating cash from domestic business houses?  Will bullet trains are feasible for us at least in next five years?  If at all the idea of FDI in Railway is beneficial will it possible to bring results within five years.

Secondly, the idea of allowing 49% FDI in defense is certainly is not a new idea.  It has been already in place with ministerial approval.   It was not successful so far.  For the last ten years, India attracted around 5 million dollars only in defense productions.   To open the defense productions to private sector changes the dynamic of Indian army policy and management.   In fact, we are not ready for it.  Any private investor would like to see a sustained growth in production that requires continuous consumption of produced goods along with conducive business atmosphere, let along technology transfers.  In other words, the army should engage in war and other combat exercises to utilize the productions.   Are we trying to emulate USA?  

USA’s main purpose of army is to pursuit and preserve economical benefits all over the world.  They maintain the army with combat ready by 24/7 to protect their economical interest that is spreading all over the world.  There is no high level committee or coordination in formalizing a viable defense production policy to prevent shelling out billions of dollars to foreign countries.  Our production requirement will reach 100 billion dollars soon and none of our facilities are capable enough.  We have continued to look west to fulfill our supplies.  However, the question is who will control the FDI in defense?  Do they think that there won’t be any litigation to stall the FDI in defense? 

There is no clarity because there was no home work.  All are ideas and dreams without actually looking at the feasibility for executions.  UPA and NDA are yielding to the vicious cycle of FDI and failing to think out of box. The lack of innovative thinking in looking for alternative economical growth programs based on our strength is missing.  Our economical growth programs are so far based on our negatives and weakness.     

It seems that the only road map to achieve capital inflow is attracting FDI by visiting potential investing countries.  Probably, Modi and Jaitely will have to take extensive business tour to promote India by offering whatever possible.  Once again, India Inc will be active in world market and offer formidable 850 million middle class living in urban and rural area as the great mass market to exploit and export our profits. 

Meanwhile, to any product, the market need to respond with better purchasing capability.  Presently, the disposable income of common Indian is not something interesting to MNC, rather they would like to come into the segment of essential goods such as FMCG.  The result of FDI in FMCG will force the domestic producers and business community surrendering their business to MNC and merge with them or get lost in competition.  

We expect total change from Modi as far as concerned economy developments but as expected we are witnessing the same.  As Arvind Kejriwal commented that ‘if we close the eyes and listen to the budget speech, one will think it is Chidamparam who is presenting the budget, not Arun Jaitley’.

India needs leaders who can visualize and organize growth oriented ‘sense of direction’ that can drive us to be a regional power, not managers who can just run the organization.  NDA’s first budget suggests that they are all only managers, not leaders!         

It is politics, Stupid

Modi should have thanked in heart to Congress President and Vice President for helping him to reach the coveted position of PM.  Modi knows that the hard battle of winning election is more important than sustaining a progressive government, because he can comfortably continue the programs and policies initiated by UPA without many changes.  Modi talks about development without elaborating what is development means to entire India, because he knows that UPA programs are not that bad, but required impetus.  Women reservation, public distribution system, nuclear policy, foreign policy, FDI in retail, labour law reforms, and above all crony capitalism are all already on government agenda during UPA rule, but failed to take off due to UPA’s arrogance attitude in power.  Now, Modi can smoothly sail it to harbor because of his majority in parliament.  So, why worry about policies.  It was all about election and can speak anything because it is a matter of win or lose, not about being honest.

Rahul shouted meeting after meeting about Congress achievement in 10 years under MMS without even a single participation of UPA’s captain.  Was not funny enough?  The divided opposition, flawed strategy, leaderless Congress, spineless campaign material, outdated secularism promises, scams after scams are all made easy for Modi to become PM.   The icing on cake is Mod’s shrewd tactics of conducting a final election rally in Amethi to anger Rahul.  Angry mind is narrowed mind.  Rahul proved it by reciprocating his own election rally in Varanasi to swing the votes to Congress and thus marring the opportunity of voting to Kejriwal . Throughout the election campaign, Rahul played at the hands of Modi.

Advani Ji knows that BJP will win and he is losing opportunity to become PM.  The young Turks of BJP made it clear that the time is up for old warhorses.  RSS made sure that BJP is in order to present them as a simple alternative to UPA.  People are fed up with UPA and looking for a change and in absence of credible opposition, people ready to forgive Modi for Gujarat pogroms and give a chance. 

Modi is not going deviate a lot from Congress policies, but actually expedite them for effective performance because of his freedom from coalition politics.  Continuation of NDA is just a gratitude from BJP towards their allies and Modi will never compromise his role.  EGOM and GOM were created by Vajpyee government to manage inter-ministry performances mainly because of coalition government and Manmohan Singh have continued due to same compulsion.  Modi have rightly scrapped those policy groups to make easy decision is not a great administrative move as media is claiming.  It is a necessary move possible because of single party governance.

Further, Modi have restored credibility of secretary again because of single party governance.  Shifting from coalition governance could not be rated as innovative governance; where as the real challenge for Modi 

begins now.   Whoever get single party majority will do the same.

The primary challenge is the effectiveness of his ministers.   The old war horses like Advani, Sinha, Joshi , etc are no more part of governance and therefore, experience level of present ministers are not like previous NDA or UPA governments.  Apart from Arun, Sushma, Rajnath, Anandkumar others are mostly new to position and have very little experience.  Naturally, Modi need to depend on department secretaries to improve the performances.  It is a compulsion to Modi to meet secretaries without ministers to actually supervise the governance.

The extension of cabinet secretary and accepting central bank’s decision of not reducing interest rate (investors are demanding substantial cut in interest rate) are showing the continuity of UPA’s policies in terms of economy.  Perhaps, we need to wait for budget presentation to know any significant shift in financial policy.

As usual, foreign ministry focus on Pakistan and USA relationship will remain same and therefore, we cannot expect any significant change in new government.

Everything is same and life is as usual for ordinary human beings.  Rich will become richer and poor will remain poor.  The middle class will suffer from their aspiration syndrome as usual.  The GDP of cities will be trumpeted as India’s growth without worrying about GDP of villages.  Media will do their ‘constructive’ role depends on MRP (money reaching programs), not TRP.

Modi wins - what is next?

Be ready for a larger struggle.   Modi’s victory is a part of larger war in changing the political culture of India.  His victory was forgone conclusion when Rahul Ghandi was selected to lead the Congress campaign.  Congress was mentally defeated themselves before the election began.  Thanks to reactive politics of Congress, BJP able to win the battle.  However, everyone in Indian political fraternity including media have conveniently ignoring or unaware of the seeds of change that has been laid by the force of truth in a war against false.

Not many would agree with me, especially now, but soon they will realize that 2014 Indian parliament election is not about Modi’s version of development against impotent government of Congress combinations.  It’s a turning point in the history of India.  It is a beginning of a new struggle that India is ordained to engage.  This election is clearly the beginning of polarizing the people and urging them to take positions.  It’s all about the battle of truth against the power of lies in a new level and stage.  Modi is not the first and the last to represent the power of lies.   He is only a beginning.   Similarly, Arvind Kejriwal is also not the first or the last one in the process of battle between truth and false.  Both are performing on the order of destiny, in fact, initiating the process of changes and challenges between good and evil in a new battleground with a different intensity.

Congress is vacating the position because it neither stands for the truth nor for lies.  Congress’s only objective is to protect Ghandhi’s dynasty by manipulating the leaders and cadres by deception methodologies.  Those would agree and like to be part of deception game can have a place in the heart and minds of Ghandhi family.  People of India want change and are not ready to buy the manipulative syndrome of Congress anymore.  So, 2014 is the beginning of new political culture in India.  The finishing line is not nearer.

Hilter once said that ‘if you tell a big enough lie and tell it frequently enough, it will be believed’ and is perfectly practiced by Modi and group.  The can of lies have already opened and would never end without tasting the defeat at the hands of truth.   Yet it is not going to be easy and people of India will have to pay a heavy price.  The price is enormous in the form of pain and sacrifices that the torch bearers of truth should prepared to pay.  The torch bearers are minority as always, because, the lies have the power to attract more to their side and hypocrites have no shelter under truth.  The weakness in human races dominated by lust of pomp and power irrespective of their religion, race, ideology, ethnic and caste values will succumb to the power of lies. 

The surrender to lies starts with ‘compromise and acceptance’ by so called defenders of ‘good’.  Their illusory endurance and determination are exposed at the assault of lies and they have demonstrated the attitude of compromise and acceptances, in fact, they are experiencing the false reality and they won’t be ashamed to defend and argue.  We are witnessing it from so called media greats, politically neutrals and opportunists who are ready to cross the line for their personal benefits.  Truth require a right force of army that can stand up and deliver from beginning to end and therefore the trail and test begins now in recruiting the right soldiers.  The army of truth does not accept the attitude of ‘compromise’ from its soldiers and those who can switch their places are allowed to move and are moving.  The migration of ‘compromising’ forces has already started but would always defend their actions with their own version of justifications in the name of anything and in present election it is under the pretext of development.  The false will have more numbers but quality matters, not quantity.  We, the people are witnessing them now.  Perhaps, the majority has elected the false to the power due to the illusion created by the falsehoods, but that is only temporary.

The emergence of Modi in national politics, the symbol and spearhead of evil forces, have sent a clear message by knowingly or unknowingly that there is no middle ground in this battle.  Those who want to choose their side must do so.   As usual, the false would never able to understand the grand scheme where the universe is programmed and operating; the middle forces and hypocrites are paving way for a new group to stand up against the false.  This is the beauty from the Creator that He uses the evil forces to instigate and prepare the necessary forces of truth by reminding and segregating them.  The forces of truth would never emerge in chariots aided by rich and power but from the poor and ordinary people. 

The battle line is drawn between the truths and false.   Truth is always simple, transparent, uncompromising and straight forward.  False is always compromising, complicated, shameless and crooked.  Modi would represent the evil and Kejriwal assimilates from good.  These two gentlemen may or may not continue in their roles or can change their roles depends on the battle progress.  But the battle of truth and false have taken a new level and I am delighted, because, I represent the truth as many of the poor and ordinary Indians does.   I cannot wait to engage with forces of false anymore. 

The election is not just about the development for few and illusion for many.  It is the beginning of liberation of governance from corruption and criminals.  It has much more meanings and the forces of truth must realize and prioritize its action plan.  In other word, the war need to be won by executing the following principles: 

First, as representatives of truth, we must practice inclusive policy by listening to ignorant and misguided mass while exercising caution.   Eighty percent of Indian population is innocent and do not represent any party or groups.  They are often swayed and exploited due to their weaknesses and disinterest in politics.  They expect a clean and transparent government and nothing else, but refrained from active participation.  They comprised eighty percent of the population and we need their sympathy if not support.  If we don’t include them, then we are not comprehensively representing the truth and as simple as.

Second, as representatives of truth, we must gather all positive forces that are essential to stimulate sustained growth for India, however small they are.   Positive forces will enhance positive politics and the country is in dire need of them.  Identifying such positive forces require patience and hope.  Only positive forces can bury the divisive politics.  The present election was fought on negative politics.  Modi started with development and end with communal politics.  He will always fall on to communal politics whenever his personal ambition is threatened and is perfect for his ideological masters.   Negative politics cannot be removed unless the objective of governance is people welfare.

Third, as representatives of truth, we must actively participate in all democratic institutional functions without belittling them.  We cannot clean up the system without entering into the system and understanding the faulty mechanisms.   Present administrative machinery is running on faulty mechanisms as we aware and would require enormous patience to change it.  We would face strong objections and obstacles from within and outside, but only the patience with dedication will have last laugh.

Fourth, as representatives of truth, our feet must firmly places on the ground where the eighty percent of population is dwelling.  The governance is not confined in walled buildings, secured transportations, luxury dinners with industrialists and corporate leaders and engagement with foreign dignitaries.  The real governance is in the villages, towns and cities where we need to run along with them in facing daily hurdles and challenges. All corruption starts when the gap is widening between rulers and ruled classes. 

Fifth, as representatives of truth, we should serve the nation without any expectations rather ready to accept all bricks and boots aimed at us by the forces of false.  False would never step into the battle grounds instead will use the weak and innocents to throw the bricks and boots. Retaliation to bricks and boots by flowers and smiles will win the weak and innocents to our side.  But it requires the representatives of truth to exercise extreme self control and expect nothing and absolutely nothing.

Sixth, as representatives of truth, we should build right commanding system manned by right people from grass root level to top.  Many movements start with great intention and intensity and failed to sustain due to lack of proper structure and trained leaders.   The system should able to attract right talents, good people and identify the evil intrusions to maintain the spirit of movement at its optimum level.

Seventh, as representatives of truth, we should continue to serve the people with or without administrative power.   Service to humanity does not require only power and positions.   

Finally, as representatives of truth, we must know that we are only aiding the owner of truth, the Absolute Power, The God and agree to His scheme of things by submitting our will and power to Him.  It is He Who manifest the world with His choicest of mercy and kindness.  It is He Who grand the victory to whom He likes and plans.  To be successful, we must be with Him with absolute surrender of our will to be successful.  As representatives of truth, we don’t need garlands and splendors.  We must ready to vacate and allow the new blood to take over the battle of truth against false.                

The battle has begun, but the war to be won.  

மனிதானக வாழ்வோம்

சாலையின் இரு மருங்கிலும் தலையசைக்கும் தென்னங்கீற்றுகள், பரபரக்கும் மனிதர்களைப் பார்த்து 'மனிதனே! ஏன் இப்படி தலை தெரிக்க ஓடுகின்றாய், எதை தேடுவதற்கு இப்படி அலைகின்றாய்' என்று கேட்பது போல் தோன்றியது. வாழ்க்கையை நிதானமாக நகர்த்தி செல் என்று அறிவுறுத்துவது போல் எனக்குத் தோன்றியது. 

கடற்கரையில் எனது ஊர்தியில் நான் ஊர்ந்து கொண்டிருந்தேன்.  இன்று என் மனம் சலனில்லாமல் கொஞ்ச நேரம் மரணிக்க ஆசைப்பட்டது.  இல்லாமல் போக நினைத்தது.  இல்லாமல் போவதற்கு என்னிடத்தில் அதிகாரமில்லை, ஆனால் இயற்கையுடனும், இறைவனின் அளவிலா சக்தியுடனும் என்னை நான் உரசிப் பார்த்தால் ஒருவேளை எனது சிறுமையை உணர்வதன் மூலம் நான் இல்லாமல் போகலாம்.  மனம் முயற்சித்தது.

உரசி உறவாடும் மரங்களைப் பார்க்கும்போது, மனிதர்களுக்கிடையே ஒற்றுமையை போதிப்பதுபோல் தோன்றியது.  ஒரு மரத்தின் கிளைகள் மற்றொரு மரத்தின் கிளைகளுடன் கை கோர்த்து நின்று வழிப் போக்கர்களுக்கு நிழலை மட்டும் அளிக்கவில்லை, வாழ்நாள் முழுவதும் நாங்கள் ஒன்றிணைந்து இருப்பது போல் மனிதர்களே நீங்களும் ஒற்றுமையாக வாழுங்கள் என்று பேசுகின்றதோ என்னவோ!

தனித்து ஓர் மரம் ஆர்பாட்டம் இல்லாமல் மற்ற மரங்களை போல அசைந்து கொண்டிருந்தது.  தனிமையில் இருந்தாலும் தலை தூக்கி நின்று கொண்டிருந்தது.  தனிமைப் படுத்தப் பட்டாலும் தன்மானம் இழக்காமல், தனது உனனத குணாதிசயங்களை இழக்காமல் அமைதியாக வாழ்ந்து கொண்டிருந்தது என்னைப் போல் தனிமனிதாய் போராடும் மனிதர்களுக்கு ஆறுதலாக தெரிந்தது.

அருகில் சென்று அள்ளத் தூண்டும் பற்பல வண்ணங்களுடன் நறுமணம் செரியும் பூச்செடிகள்  பூங்காவனத்தை அழகுபடுத்திக் கொண்டிருந்தன. அருகில் சில முட்செடிகள், நான் இருக்கிறேன் கவலைப்படாதே என்று வண்ணப் பூச்சோலையை அரங்காத்து நிற்பது போல் அலங்கோலமாய் நின்றாலும், வேற்றுமையில் ஒற்றுமையை போதித்துக் கொண்டிருந்தன.

எங்கிருந்தோ ஒரு தேனிக்கள் கூட்டம் இளயராஜாவின் இன்னிசையைப் பாடிக் கொண்டு குதுகலாமாய் வந்து சேர்ந்தன.  ஒரு தேனி தேர்ந்தெடுத்த மலருடன் மற்றொரு தேனி போட்டியிடாமல் அடுத்து தனித்திருக்கும் வேறொரு மலரைத் தேடிச் சென்றன. விட்டுக் கொடுத்து வாழும் கலையை நமக்கு அழகாய ரீங்காரமிட்டு சொல்லிச் சென்றன. ஆளுக்கொரு பூக்களுடம் சங்கமம் தொடங்கியது. 

நேற்றைய மாலைப் பொழுதில் பூங்காவின் அழகை ரசித்து, அமைதி கொண்டு, உறவினர்களின் ஆராவாரத்துடன் பொழுதைக் கழித்த மக்கள் கூட்டம் சிதறி எறிந்த உணவுப் பொருட்கள் மற்றும் விட்டுச் சென்ற குப்பைகளை கடைநிலை தொழிலாளிகள் தூய்மை செய்து கொண்டிருந்ந்தனர்.  ஒரு மனிதக் கூட்டத்தின் ஒழுக்கமின்மை இன்னொரு மனிதக் கூட்டத்திற்கு வாழ்வாதாரம். 

பறவைகள் கூட்டம் ஒன்று அணியணியாக வந்தமர்ந்தன. இன்றைக்கு என்ன உணவு கிடைக்கும் அது எங்கே கிடைக்கும் என்று ஒருநாளும் முன்கூட்டி அறிவதில்லை என்றாலும், அவைகளின் விழிகள் ஒரு போதும் கண்ணீரால் நனைந்ததில்லை.  அப்பறவைகளின் விழிகளில் இருக்கும் குறுகுறுப்பான பார்வைகளும், கவலையற்ற தேடல்களும், கிடைக்கும் என்ற நம்பிக்கைகளும் என் போன்ற மனிதர்களை நாணம் கொள்ளச் செய்தன.  படைத்தவன் மேல் அவைகள் கொண்ட நம்பிக்கைகள், தர்க்கம் பேசி தலைகனம் கொண்டு நடக்கும் மனிதர்களைப் பார்த்து எள்ளி நகையாடுவதுபோல் தோன்றியது.

சூரியன் சுட்டுக் கொண்டிருந்தான். கடலலைகள் கரைகளை மோதிக் கொண்டிருந்தன.  அலைகள் கரை மேல் கொண்ட காதல் மோகம் ஒரு நாளும் குறைந்ததில்லை.  அவைகள் கரைகளை மோதாத நேரமில்லை.  கரை என்னும் காதலி ஒரு நாளும் அலையென்னும் காதலனை விரும்பியதுமில்லை.  அவனின் அசராத மோதலைப்பற்றி பெரிதாக கவலை கொண்டதுமில்லை.  வாழ்க்கையில் பிரச்சனைகள் இல்லாத காலமில்லை.  ஆனால் மனிதர்கள் சளித்துக் கொள்ளாத நேரமில்லை.  என்றாவது அலைகள் கோபம் கொண்டு கரைகளையும் தாண்டி களோபரம் செய்வதுண்டு.

எத்தனை ஆச்சர்யங்கள் இயற்கையில். எல்லா இயற்கை அம்சங்களும் ஒரு சேர ஒன்றை ஒன்று ஆமோதித்து, ஒன்றுடன் ஒன்று கலந்து ஆனந்தமாய் நகர்ந்துக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றன. எல்லாம் ஏதோ ஒன்றை மனிதர்களுக்கு தெளிவுபடுத்திக் கொண்டுதான் இருக்கின்றன.  ஆனால் மனிதன் மட்டும் தனித்துவிட்டான்.  இயற்கையிலிருந்து மாறுபட்டு இல்லாத ஒன்றைத் தேடி தன்னையும் வருத்தி தன்னை சார்ந்தவர்களையும் காரணமின்றி தண்டித்துக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றான்.  மனிதனின் சுதந்திரத் தன்மையும், பிரித்தரியும் அறிவும் அவனை பெருமை கொள்ள செய்துவிட்டன.  உண்மைகளை பிரித்தரியாமல் பொய்களுடன் உறவு கொண்டு பொய்யாக மாறி எல்லாம் மாயை என்று தன்னைத் தானெ ஏமாற்றிக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றான்.  எதுவும் மாயையல்ல, ஆனால் நிரந்தரமற்றவைகள்.  எல்லாம் உண்மையை உணர்த்தும் காரணிகள்.

வானத்தில் எங்கிருந்தோ ஒரு வெண்ணிற மேகக் குவியல் திசைமாறி வந்துவிட்டது போல் தனியாக வந்து கொண்டிருந்தது.  பார்ப்பதற்கு மலை போல் தோன்றியது, இல்லை ஒரு யானை போல் தோற்றமளித்தது. இல்லையில்லை எதையோ மறைத்து பாதுகாப்பாக எடுத்துச் செல்வது போல் தோன்றியது.  வாழ்க்கை மாயையல்ல, உண்மை.  நாம்தான் உணர்வதில்லை.  காரணம் தர்க்கம் செய்வதில் பெருமை கொண்டு, அறிவைத் தேடுவதை விட்டுவிட்டு இருக்கின்ற சொற்ப அறிவை விலை பேசிக் கூவிக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றோம்.

கடல் ஆர்ப்பரிக்காமல் அமைதியாய் தவழ்ந்து கொண்டிருந்தது. இறைவன் சிரித்துக் கொண்டிருந்தான்.  மனிதர்களை சிந்திக்க தூண்டிக் கொண்டிருந்தான். தனது அத்தாட்சிகளை மனிதன் சரிவர புரிந்துக் கொண்டு தன்னிடம் அவர்கள் சரணடைகின்றார்களா என்பதை சோதித்துக் கொண்டிருந்தான். நான் கடலை உற்றுப் பார்த்தபடி அமர்ந்திருந்தேன்.  கடல் பூமியில் ஆக்கிரமித்திருக்கும் பரப்பளவையும் அதை அவ்வாறு படைத்து காத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கின்ற இறைவனின் அளவிலா பராக்கிரமத்தையும் ரசித்துக் கொண்டிருந்தேன். கடல் நீரை பூமியிலிருந்து அண்டத்தில் சிதறிவிடாமல் எது தடுத்து நிறுத்தி வைத்துள்ளது?  புவியீர்ப்பு விசை என்று அறிவியல் சொல்லும். அறிவியல் காரணத்தைத்தான் சொல்லும், காரணத்திற்க்கான வித்துகளை சொல்வதில்லை. புவியீர்ப்பு விசையும் ஒரு படைப்புதான்.

எதுவும் மாயையல்ல, ஆனால் நிரந்தரமற்றவைகள்.  கடல்நீர் முழுவதும் மையாக மாற்றி இறைவனின் கருணையை எழுத முற்பட்டால், எழுதி முடியாது. இதுபோன்று இன்னொரு கடலை கொண்டுவந்தாலும் சரி.  இதை நான் சொல்லவில்லை.  அளவிலா தன் கருணையை இறைவன் தனது வேதப் புத்தகமான திருக் குரானில் மொழிந்ததுதான்.

இறைவன் சிரித்துக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றான்.  இயற்கையும் தான்.  மனிதர்களே, இயற்கையும் நமக்கெதிராய் சாட்சி சொல்லாமல் இருக்க மனிதானக வாழ்வோம்.

விதியென்னும் வீதியில்

விதியைப் பற்றி பலவாறாக பல சித்தாத்தங்களும், தத்துவங்களும், கொள்கைகளும், மதங்களும், வேதப்புத்தகங்களும் மனிதர்களுக்கு விளக்கமளித்துள்ளன.  ஆனால், அவைகளை படிப்பதன் மூலம் நாம் புரிந்துக்கொண்ட அறிவைவிட, வாழ்க்கையில் அவைகளை அனுபவித்து தெளிந்துக் கொள்ளும் அறிவு உண்மையானது, பலனளிக்க வல்லது. பொதுவாக விதி என்பது மனிதனின் நம்பிக்கைகளை தகர்த்தெரியும் ஒரு எதிரியைப் போன்றுதான் பெரும்பாலனவர்களின் அணுகுமுறை இருக்கிறது.  இன்னும் சிலருக்கு விதி மனிதனை இறுக்கிப்பிடித்திருக்கும் மூக்கணாங்கயிறு போல் தோன்றுகிறது. 

விதி என்பது இறை நம்பிக்கையின் ஒரு அங்கம்.  மனிதகுலம் மட்டுமல்லாமல் மற்ற படைப்பினங்கள் அனைத்தையும் சேர்த்து தன்னுள் இயங்கிக் கொண்டிருக்கும் இந்த உலகத்தின் ஒட்டு மொத்த இயக்கத்திற்கு வழங்கப்பட்ட விதிமுறைகள்தான் விதி.  அதனுள் அடங்கியதுதான் நமது வாழ்க்கை. அதில பல விஷயங்கள் நமது அறிவிற்கு அப்பாற்பட்டு இருப்பதால் விதியை புரிந்துக் கொள்வதோ அல்லது இந்த உலக ஒட்டுமொத்த இயக்கத்தில் மறைந்து கிடப்பவைகளை அறிந்துக் கொள்வதோ எளிதில் சாத்தியமில்லை.

நிகழ்பவைகள் அனைத்தும் ஏதாவது ஒன்று அல்லது பல காரணங்களின் அடிப்படையில்தான் நிகழ்கின்றன.  நடப்பவைகளில் பல விஷயங்கள் நமது கட்டுப்பாட்டிற்கு அப்பாற்பட்டுதான் நடக்கின்றன. எப்போதாவது ஒன்றிரண்டு விஷயங்கள் நமது கட்டுப்பாடுகளுக்கு உட்பட்டு நிகழ்வதும் உண்டு.  நமது கட்டுப்பாட்டிற்கு அப்பாற்பட்டு நடக்கும் செயல்கள், அதன் விளைவுகளை நாம் ஏற்றுக் கொண்டு சமதானமாவதும் அல்லது ஏன் இப்படி நிகழ்கின்றன என்று அதை ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளாமல் மன அமைதியை இழப்பதும் மனிதர்களின் இயற்கை.  ஏற்றுக் கொளவதும் மறுப்பதும் விளைவுகளின் தன்மைக்கேற்பவும் மற்றும் அது நிகழும் சூழ்நிலைகளை பொறுத்தே நாம் முடிவு செய்கின்றோம்.  ஆனால் எதுவுமே காரணங்கள் இல்லாமல் நிகழ்வதில்லை. எல்லாவற்றிர்க்கும் காரணங்கள் இருக்கின்றன. 

மனிதன் பொதுவாக நிகழ்வுகளுக்கான காரணங்களை தேடுவதில் அதிக அக்கறை உள்ளவனாக இருக்கின்றான்.  இதற்கு இரண்டு காரணங்கள் சொல்லலாம். ஒன்று நடக்கும் அல்லது நடந்த நிகழ்வுகளுக்கான காரண கர்த்தா யார், ஏன், இதன் பின்புலங்கள் என்ன, எங்கிருந்து இது உருவாகிறது என்ற ரகசியத்தை தெரிந்துக் கொள்ள முயற்சிக்கும் தேடல்.  இது இயற்கையாகவே நமக்குள் இருக்கும் உயர்நிலை தேடலின் ஒரு அம்சம்.  இரண்டாவது நடந்த அல்லது நடந்துக் கொண்டிருக்கும் நிகழ்வுகள் நமது விருப்பங்களுக்கு எதிராக நிகழும் போது அதை முற்றிலுமாக ஏற்றுக் கொள்ள மறுப்பது.  இரண்டுமே ஆன்மீகத் தேடலுக்கான இருவித அணுகுமுறைகள்.  முதலாவது நாம் படைக்கப்பட்ட நோக்கத்தை முன்னிறுத்தி அதாவது வாழ்வின் அடிப்படை கோட்பாடுகளை முன்வைத்து தேடுவது.  இரண்டாவது வாழ்வாதரங்களை அடிப்படையாக முன்னிறுத்தித் தேடுவது. இரண்டுமே ஒரே பலனை நோக்கி நம்மை நகர்த்தி செல்லக் கூடியதுதான்.  ஒன்று ஆசிரியர் சொல்வதை ஏற்று, நல்லமுறையில் படிக்கும் மாணவனின் நிலை.  இன்னொன்று ஆசிரியர் சொல்வதை ஏற்காமல் கவனத்தை சிதறவிட்டு பிறகு தேர்வு நேரத்தில் வெளியில் பயிற்சி வகுப்புகளுக்கு சென்று அதிகப்படியான பணத்தையும் நேரத்தையும் செலவு செய்து மன உளைச்சல்பட்டு நிற்கும் மாணவனின் நிலை.

இரண்டுமே மனிதனை பக்குவப்படுத்தக்கூடியதுதான் என்றாலும் முதல் காரணம் மனதை அகிம்சை வழியில் கொண்டு சென்று பக்குவப்படுத்தும் தன்மை கொண்டது, நோக்கம் சரியாக இருந்தால். ஆனால் தேடலின் பாதையில் நோக்கம் திசைமாறவும் வாய்ப்புள்ளது.  தேடுபவர்களின் அறிவு, அனுபவம், சிந்தனை ஒழுக்கம், சிந்தனை பலம் மற்றும் தேடலுக்கான ஆதாரங்களை பொறுத்து நோக்கம் செம்மையாகவும் அல்லது திசைமாறவும் செய்யும். அவ்வாறு திசைமாறும் வெளையில், தெளிவிற்கு பதிலாக குழப்பம் ஏற்பட்டு மன அமைதியை இழந்தாலும், பாதை சற்று சுலபமாக அமையும்.

பெரும்பாலான மனிதர்கள் இரண்டாவது காரணத்திற்குள் அகப்பட்டுக் கொண்டு நிம்மதி இழந்து கொண்டிருக்கின்றனர். நிகழ்வுகளும் விளைவுகளும் நன்மை தருகின்ற போது அவைகள் நமது கட்டுப்பாட்டிற்கு அப்பாற்பட்டு நிகழ்ந்தாலும் நாம் காரணங்களை தேடிக் கொண்டிருக்க மாட்டோம். சந்தோஷமாக ஏற்றுக் கொள்வோம்.  மேலும் அதை அதிர்ஷ்டம் என்றொ அல்லது படைத்தவனின் அருள் என்றொ புரிந்துக் கொண்டு தேடலைப் பற்றிக் கவலைப்படுவதில்லை.  ஆனால் நிகழ்வுகளும் விளைவுகளும் நமக்கு எதிராக அமையும் போது அதிலும் அவைகள் நமது கட்டுபாட்டிற்கு அப்பாற்பட்டு நடக்கும்போது நாம் எளிதில் ஏற்றுக் கொள்வதில்லை. 

இங்குதான் விதியின் தன்மைகளை ஆராயத் தொடங்குகின்றோம்.  நல்லவைகள் நடக்கும்போது நாம் விதிகளைப் பற்றி கவலைப்படுவதில்லை.  ஆனால் தீயவைகள் அல்லது நமக்கு பிடிக்காத ஒன்று நடக்கும்போது விதிகளின் ஆராய்ச்சிகளில் மூழ்கிவிடுகின்றோம். விதியை எதிரியாக சித்தரித்து அதனுடன் போராடத் தொடங்கிவிடுகின்றோம். விதி என்பது இரண்டிற்குமே பொருந்தும்.  நடப்பவைகள் அனைத்தும் விதிகளுக்கு உட்பட்டுதான் நிகழ்கின்றன, அதற்கான காரணங்கள், அதன் அமைப்பு, தன்மைகள் அனைத்தும் அவ்வாறே நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. 

விதியின் நிகழ்வுகள் யாவும் இறந்தகால செயல்களின் தொடர் மற்றும் எதிர்வினைகளாகவும் அல்லது புதிய விளைவுகளுக்கான வித்தாகவும் அமைகின்றன.  ஒட்டு மொத்த உலக இயக்கத்தில் நாம் ஒரு அங்கம்.  ஆகவே இயக்கம் இலக்கை நோக்கிச் செல்லும் பயணத்தில் நாம் இயக்கப்படுகின்றோம். நாம் ஒத்துழைத்தாலும் அல்லது மறுத்தாலும் இயக்கம் தன் இலக்கை நோக்கி செல்வதில் எந்த மாற்றங்களும் நிகழப்போவதில்லை.  விதியை நாம் ஏற்றுக் கொண்டால், உலக இயக்கத்திற்கு நாம் முழு ஒத்துழைப்போடு அதன் இலக்கை நோக்கிச் செல்ல உதவுகின்றோம்.  இல்லையென்றால் விதியுடன் மாறுபட்டுக் கொண்டு வேண்டாவிறுப்பாக, வேறு வழியில்லாமல் அதனுடன் கூட சேர்ந்து நடக்க வேண்டியிருக்கும்.  ஒட்டுமொத்த இயக்கத்தில் குறைகாணும் அறிவோ அல்லது ஆற்றலோ நமக்கு இல்லாதபோது ஏன் விதியின் நிகழ்வுகளை ஏற்றுக் கொள்ள மறுக்கின்றோம்?  விடை சுலபமானதுதான் என்றாலும் அதை உங்களின் சிந்தனைக்கு விடுகின்றேன்.

மகிழ்ச்சியை பாராட்டும் அதே நேரத்தில் சோகங்களை ஏன் ஏற்றுக் கொள்ள மறுக்கின்றோம்? தோல்வியை ஏற்றுக் கொள்ள மறுக்கும்போது சோகங்கள் இரட்டிப்பாகின்றன. மகிழ்ச்சி சோகம் இரண்டுமே விதிகளுக்கு உட்பட்டதுதான்.  இரண்டுமே நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டவைகள்தான்.  இரண்டுமே வாழ்வின் முக்கிய அம்சங்கள்.  இரண்டுமே வாழ்க்கையை முன்னோக்கி எடுத்துச் செல்ல தேவையான காரணிகள்.  மகிழ்ச்சியை ஆராதிக்கும் நாம் சோகங்களை ஏன் ஏற்றுக் கொள்வதில்லை.  உண்மை என்னவென்றால் எப்போது சோகங்களை உடனடியாக ஏற்றுக் கொண்டு மகிழ்ச்சியைப் போன்று ஆராதிக்காவிட்டாலும் குறைந்தபட்சம் மனதளவில் ஏற்றுக் கொள்கின்றோமோ அப்போது சோகங்கள் விரைவில் மறைந்து போய்விடுகின்றன.  அதை நாம் ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளாமல் அநாதையாக விட்டு வைத்தால் அவைகள் நம் கால்களை சுற்றிக் கொண்டுதான் இருக்கும்.

சோகங்கள்தான் மனிதனை அடுத்தக் கட்ட வாழ்க்கைக்கு அதிலும் வெற்றியை நொக்கி எடுத்துச் செல்லும் திறன் பெற்றது.  சோகங்கள் இல்லையென்றால் முன்னேற்றமில்லை. உலகில் வெற்றிபெற்ற மனிதர்கள் எல்லோரும் மகிழ்ச்சியைவிட சோகங்களில்தான் அதிகமான நாட்களை வாழ்ந்திருக்கின்றார்கள்.  பொருளாதார வெற்றியோ அல்லது சமூக வெற்றியோ, ஆன்மீக வெற்றியோ அல்லது அரசியல் வெற்றியோ, வெற்றி பெற்றவர்கள் எல்லோரின் வாழ்விலும் சோகங்கள்தான் அதிகமாக ஆக்கிமிரத்திருக்கும். ஆனால் அவர்கள் எல்லோரும் சோகங்களின் உன்னதங்களை புரிந்துக் கொண்டு அதன் மூலம் கிடைத்த அறிவை, பாடத்தை தங்களின் வெற்றிகளுக்கான காரணிகளாக மாற்றிக் கொண்டு முன்னேறியுள்ளார்கள்.

வாழ்க்கையில் விதியின் செயல்களை சோதனையாக நாம் எடுத்துக் கொள்ளும் போது அதெ விதியின் நிகழ்வான மகிழ்ச்சியையும் ஏன் நாம் சோதனையாக எடுத்துக் கொள்வதில்லை?  மகிழ்ச்சியும் சோதனைதான். மகிழ்ச்சி மூலம் கிடைக்கும் சிற்றின்பம் மற்றும் பேரின்பம் இரண்டும் புத்துணர்ச்சி தருவதற்காக நடக்கும் நிகழ்வுகள் மட்டுமல்ல.  மகிழ்ச்சியை கொண்டாடும் அச்சூழலிலும் மனிதன் சோதிக்கப்படுகின்றான்.

அதே நேரம் நிகழ்வுகளையும் அதன் விளைவுகளையும் நாம் நேரடியாக ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளும் போதும் அல்லது ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளாமல் விதியை எதிர்த்து மனதளவில் போராடி தோற்கும்போதும் நமக்கு சில பயிற்சிகள் கிடைக்கின்றன. அப்பயிற்சியின் மூலம் மகிழ்வையும் சோகங்களையும் சமமாக எடுத்துக் கொள்ளும் மனப்பக்குவம் நமக்கு கிடைக்கின்றது.  விதியை எதிர்த்து நின்று நாம் ஒருபோதும் வெற்றி அடையப் போவதில்லை.  ஆனால் விதியை ஏற்றுக் கொள்வதன் மூலம் அமைதியான முறையில் நம்மை செம்மையாக்கிக் கொள்ளும் வாய்ப்பு கிடைக்கின்றது.  விதியின் நிகழ்வுகளை ஏற்றுக் கொள்பவன் புத்திசாலி மட்டுமல்ல வீரனும் கூட.  ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளாமல் எப்போதும் எதிர்த்துக் கொண்டிருப்பவன் தனது பலம் மற்றும் பலவீனங்களை புரிந்துக் கொள்ளாதவன். 

விதியை ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளும்போது அதே விதியை வைத்து எப்படி வெற்றி பெறமுடியும் என்பதை நாம் விளங்கிக் கொள்ளமுடியும். விதியென்னும் வீதியில் மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் நடக்கும்போது வீதியின், வாழ்க்கையின் வனப்புகளை ரசிக்க முடியும். இல்லையென்றால் கடநதுவந்த பாதையில் வெறும் முட்கள் மட்டுமே நினைவில் நிற்கும்.

“When written in Chinese, the word ‘crises’ is composed of two characters – one represents danger and the other represents opportunity’ – John F. Kennedy.

It is plausible for most of us to get coiled or trapped with the ‘character’ of danger when we encounter crises.   We have been conditioned by our traditional values, inherent principles, teachings, consequences of burden and logical responsive stimuli imbibed in our value system are all programmed to create an instant deterrence to work on the crises, mainly attacking from the character of ‘danger’.  Crises alert our fearful sense and stimulate the mind to look for references, experiences and information that are associated with fearful state.  Further depends on the quality of references, experiences and information, either it exhilarates more fear and discomfort or calmness.

Humans are always like to live in a comfort zone.  Everything in life is executed and performed based on expected comfort level only.  Finding a job, entrepreneurship interest, living in an environment, social responsibility, choosing friends, relationship with others and families; are all carefully decided based on long term expectations of comfort level and therefore, it is normal for mankind to press the panic button during crises and trapped in danger character.  The command system brings every available reference to analyze and find a quick solution and to move away from danger zone.  Retreating to comfort zone is the priority during crises and most of us would choose this option only.  The primary objective of retreating to comfort zone often neglects the possibility of opportunities available during crises situation. 

However, very few people exercise their character of opportunity during crises.  They see something that others don’t see.  Crises also offer multiple opportunities depend on one’s experiences, capability and given circumstances.  Twist and turns in life bring perfect opportunity to evaluate and steer the life to the new direction, if not new horizon.  If you want to learn from past and not live in it, than we should explore the opportunities through crises.  Of course, mankind demonstrates great shrewdness and energy when pushed to wall and would certainly see few incredible opportunities when the state of mind is not in fear. 

To earn a future out of crises one requires establishing strong characteristics attitude and need to be cautious of fundamental attributing error.  If we establish the characteristics of strong conviction, confidence, conscience and consistency, then we can be assured of knocking the new opportunities arise out of crises.  Eventually, crises either destroy us or empower us depends on our characteristics. 

Demonstrating strong characters during crises and inquest to exploiting them will immediately turn our focus on wider spectrum of opportunities.  Further, the command from heart loads the mind with opportunity references, experiences and information that are require to prepare an exploiting plan to lead a new success.   Retreating to comfort zone or exploiting the crises for new opportunities depends on each individual’s inner strength. 

Who should get my vote?

There are intensive discussions and analyses on all media including social media about whom we should or can vote in India’s 2014 parliament election.  I believe, the question is further narrowed to AAP versus BJP, of course Kejriwal verses Modi.  Let me write my analyses as well.

Modi will bring much needed growth in our economy and no others can.

This is nothing but a myth.  First of all, our economy is not that bad comparing with other nations in Asia, Europe or West.  Not to forget that the world experienced worst economic crises and India still able to produce average 6% GDP.  Well, I don’t want to credit Congress for this sustainability.  It is because of the policy that has been taken by previous governments including Narasimha Rao.   Further, the growth has reduced due to low influx of foreign investments not because of Europe and West strict policy about their own unemployment issues.

Further, I do not understand the Modi’s economy model or growth plan.  Has he presented anything?  Did our chamber of commerce and business houses discussed his plan and endorsed?  Or do any of well known economists have endorsed his plan of growth?  Who is all part of his team?  Does media ever interested to analyze his team members’ credibility? Give me a break.

It is a simple propaganda by BJP and media saying that he will be business and industry friendly. Again I would like to remind that all governments either by BJP, Congress, AAP or Third Front all will be business and industry friendly.  The only differences will be the level of corruption and favoritism.  The growth will remain same. 

Therefore, I don’t buy the argument that only Modi will bring much needed growth in our economy.

AAP is inexperienced

It’s an acceptable argument, but not having enough substances.  Even Modi and Rahul are inexperienced at national level.   They count on other party leaders to support them in managing the country affairs.  AAP may not be having such experiences, but certainly it has fielded experts, business persons, professionals and technocrats.   We have seen how the experienced politicians fared so far.  Why don’t we try the new outfit that has more energy and good intention than any other parties? 

After all, government is run by officials, not politicians.  Politicians have only marred our progress, brought mayhem and failed to connect with people.  AAP would certainly connect with people and reflect the mood of people in governance.

AAP may take wrong decisions as they did in Delhi and we might face a quick re-election for parliament

Whoever comes to power, we are going to face a re-election soon.  No parties will get majority considering their pockets of presence only in few areas.  BJP, Congress, AAP, Regional parties are all strong only in few states and it is going to be fractured verdict. 

Let us not worry about re-election.  Let us defeat corrupt and criminals and remove them from politics.  Bring new and good people who will work together to give a good governance.  It may take some time, but let us bring the change.

AAP will remove corruption from governance.

Corruption cannot be removed soon.  AAP can enforce a proper accountability system aided by Lokpal.  People’s involvement in governing system will remove corruption over a period of time.  Barring AAP, no other party speaks about corruption and it shows either those leaders are already corrupted or supported by corrupted colleagues; therefore, it is obvious that they cannot raise voice against corruption.  Voting to Congress or BJP means, we will let the corrupted system to continue for many more years

Communalism will be high in Modi’s rule.

It will be.  RSS parivar has both soft and hard versions communal atrocities.  The hard will take the lives of innocence and soft will break the bones of minorities.  Further the soft communalism will also make sure that the broken bones never able to repair.   RSS parivar always uses both forms depends on the necessity.  Believing them to be non-communal is nothing but foolish. 

They are least bothered about country and worried about their own well being.  The kind of Hindutva they practice is not for all Hindus and limited to certain section of Hindus.  Modi have already experienced in pogrom and slaughter in his state and will be more determined to execute and alienate the people with divisive policies.

In addition, BJP and Congress are retrogressive forces and they cannot think out of it.  Their policies and trained leaders are hardly can think out of box.  They also serve and lives for their party cadres and for them India means their own parties, not larger section of Indians.  They have also nourished destructive political culture and need to defend it.  If not, they will be victim of their own political culture.

Communalism and secularism are conveniently used for BJP and Congress advantages only.

Finally, is our election is all about corruption and communalism only?  This is the reason I always said that our politicians are not leaders and cannot think beyond their realm of regionalism, communalism and corrupted mind frames.

What happened to our foreign policy? That is pathetic and sloppy.  We don’t have consistency in our Sri Lanka policy.  We let our own brothers and sisters butchered at the hands of extremism and armies.  Why we cannot find a middle ground for Pakistan?  Why both Pakistan and India uses each other to score their own points in their relevant internal matters?  How long we will allow China’s incursions in Indian Territory and build their own check posts?  How are we going to tame China’s Indian Ocean ambition?  What is our Middle East policy?  Can’t we clever enough to use the situation to improve our relationship with them? 

How about our defense policy?  Why our borders are porous and easy for anti-national elements to use them for terrorist attacks?  How long we are going to import majority of our arms from foreign countries?

Why we are not bothered about HR?  Human Resources are our primary strength, in fact, strength for any nation.  We have very pathetic education policy that is contributing to improper human resources development.  Are we planning to export our HR and boast our GDP growth from their foreign currency remittances?  Can’t we frame a productive policy that encourages more entrepreneurship?  Every politician owns a college at every street of India and producing graduates who are incompetent or unable to find suitable job.

What about our Agriculture policy and plan? This is our major economy where 70% of Indian population depends on their life.  We have enough agriculture produces, but pathetic distribution system.  We waste our grains in warehouses by allowing the rats and insects to eat when millions of people eating once in a day only. 

What happened to our water policy and distribution system?  India is one of the countries would suffer most due to climate changes.  We will be forced to depend on sea water for irrigation and drinking very soon.  Our sanitation system is the worst in the world. 

Where are these political parties and what for them asking votes on streets?   

We hear only empty words from all political parties and conveniently failed to address all our problems in their manifesto.  The manifesto is full of freebies and appeasements.  Don’t these politicians know that freebies and appeasements are draining our economy and bleeding us internally?

Friends, vote for a change.  We need to change the entire system.  We cannot change the system without changing the people in charge of the system.  Enough is enough.  Teach them a lesson and they will change and if not better to get rid of those retrogressive forces.  We have the capability to rebuild.  We will rebuild our nation.  

Leadership Crises

Receding of quality leadership may be a global phenomenon, but is getting worse in the biggest democracy of India.  India is suffering from quality leadership for almost six decades, though we do not expect every politician to be Mahathma Ghandi.  However, 2014 parliament election magnified the leadership crises more than ever.   Issue based politics is history now, and the politics is centered on personalities whose leadership quality is nowhere impressive in the context of country’s fundamentals and principles.

We have lots of politicians but hardly any leader in Indian politics.  No present politicians are graduating to leadership grade.  There are significant differences between leaders and politicians.  A leader should be beyond socio-political divisions and exercises his or her leadership to benefit all people of the country.  The leader serves to country without any expectations and not belongs to any particular group or community.  The leader exercises honesty and humility.  The leader push and pull the nation depends on the situation towards the progress.  The leader engages the people with values and principles. The leader blames him or her only for any failures and shares the success with all.  The leader delivers both emotional and rational expectations of people and finally he or she leaves the world with an impeccable positive foot print that could be never been replaced.

India has produced many such leaders and Ghandhi was the one.  His leadership process started with personal refinement and applied the same in public life.  He was struggling in all those years and was trying to bring his soul in its purest form before it can be returned to the Creator.  His objective of leadership is giving everything to others and takes nothing to keep his soul free from burdens.  His endurance and determination in liberating the soul made him the most feared individual in front of British Empire because he has nothing to lose.  He symbolized his personal freedom with national freedom struggle and exercised highest form of prayer that is political service to nation.    

Do we have any such leaders in Indian politics now?  The present leaders from all political parties are leading their own mass, community and groups.  They are sincere to own groups and want the driver seat of the country aiming to serve the mass or community that he or she belongs.  These politicians are embedded with divisive mindset nurtured at the nursery of party politics.  They have been trained to serve the party first and others next let alone serving the nation.    

In post independence era politicians have chosen to be remains politicians only, not leaders.  All politicians identified themselves with certain ideologies and firmly believed that their ideologies are best suitable to the nation.  While defending their ideologies, they become enemies of each other and left the larger objective of nation building at distance.  They chose to be extreme in advocating their ideologies and ready to go at any level to defend the same.   Later, the same political fraternity replaced those ideologies with personal ambitions and took the parties for their personal growth and benefits.  Today, we see full of political personalities whose objective and priority is power and money.  A destructive political culture is emerged and practiced by all political parties and made the common men and women to believe in the destructive political culture by propagating in media with money power.

While Congress propels the hypocrite leaderships at top level to protect dynasty politics and have successfully removed the quality leadership in its hierarchy.  A system is developed with careful monitor and measurements at all level.  Congress built their fort with fear and insecurity as the prime movers where each and every one become a spy and report to high command.  All party members and leaders are encouraged to worship the Nehru family for their survival and progress within the party.   

The late entrant is BJP and downgraded their status from a team based organization to personality based cult politics.  Vajpayee and Advani, the two tall leaders of BJP brought the party from two members to a ruling position were never encouraged the personality cult within the party.  Today, by elevating Modi as PM candidate, the party submitted their will to Modi’s personality and looking to his talisman magic to bring them to power.  In short term, it may be a good dream and beneficial to them, but in long term they destroyed the foundations of BJP.  Threat to any establishment always comes within and destroys the very foundations.  It is beginning of destruction for BJP. 

Regional leaders are crippled with regional priorities and yet to be proved at national level.  Perhaps, after election we may witness few regional politicians arriving at national politics, but they will remain politicians to protect their interest than becoming a leader acceptable by all.

Why we have end up with leadership crises?  Where are our values?  What brought us to this pathetic situation?  How can we to restore our great civilization that taught the value of humanity and shares knowledge and wisdom with others?

To answer, we need to look at ourselves only.  Yes, it is we the people failed to produce quality leaders by accepting their substandard without questioning any.  The people’s non-participation of government process brought us down.  There is no effective monitoring system to check the accountability and responsibility of governance.  The existing autonomous institutions barring Judicial system is made to serve the political leaders whims and fancies.  Media become part of the political game and failed to perform its duty towards nation.  We failed to build a people’s monitoring system.   We the people trusted the political leaderships of the country assuming that they are truthful and carrying forward the legacy of pre independence leadership characteristics.   We the people disconnected from the politics and took a long vacation after independence.  In fact, we allow them to cheat us.   We created masters and subservient to them.  Now, we found in deep crises of stupidity where we found ourselves conflicting with numerous arguments and failed to understand the gravity of destruction that we are in.

We need to change.  Young India must rise up and break the foundation of destructive and retrogressive political culture to bury them once for all.  We learned the lessons and know how to build our nation with proper checks and balances.   It all can start with active participation of our country’s political administration.  Active political participation by people and selecting good and right people is essential to change the system and bring quality leaders.  Let us start the process now.  India needs people’s participation more than ever and failing to respond her call will sink our nation in much deeper crises.   

Games within the game

Two years before a Chaiwala (Modi) and a Panwala (Rajnath) were propelled to the lead actor roles for BJP’s new version by the producer and script writer RSS.   It was a well thought out strategy to tame Congress young leader, the Shenshah Rahul Ghandhi.   Chaiwala Modi can be the perfect here because of his carefully cultivated image with the help of industrial tycoons and waning Congress opposition in Gujarat.  In fact, he deserved to be a lead hero for his impeccable performance as chief technician of Hindutwa Gujarat laboratory that killed; raped, maimed and displaced thousands of innocent people. 

Heroes are selected and villain also identified at national level and it is a matter of releasing the movie to people’s theatre.  Paid trailers were shown in all media as Chaiwala Modi is the only hope for India and has the talisman to change Indian’s fortune as if India is in deep economic trouble.  The fact is that RSS believed Modi has got some magic to change the fortune of BJP.  Who care about India?  Six hundred million middle class along with four hundred million poor classes are the perfect market to sell the dreams of RSS financed by Ambanis and Adanis.

The madam from Congress has already told the young scion Rahul to defer his dream for next five years and conceded defeat even before the game began.  PM Manmohan Singh would get invitations for seminars and key note speeches from all over the world on economics and is a perfect retirement scheme for him.  All other Congress ministers have made their fortunes enough to rest for next five years at home and enjoy the stunts of Chaiwala Modi and Panwala Rajnath’s at center.   

The game is not over.  Modi started another game within his grand ambition to prepare his own team that can subservient him.  Some need to be pushed out, some to back stage and some to under his feet.  Lists are developed and executed perfectly with the help of RSS bigwigs.   

What is next, release the movie in theatre and make it a blockbuster.  Ascend to the chair and dance to the tunes of industrialists.  India will shine in papers.  Rich will become richer.  Let the poor to die.  Keep the media in good mood to sweep all dirt under the carpet.

The game is yet to finish.  Modi, find a nuisance in the form of AAP.  BJP failed to make AAP as their own B team and the Delhi assembly result jolted their plan.  Enemy’s enemy is friend theory was dusted out to keep the nuisance remain under control.  Both Congress and BJP had their discreet understanding to throw AAP in gutter of Delhi, thus to malign them to be another usual political party of India.  BJP played holy saying that they don’t have numbers and prefer to sit in opposition expecting sympathy.  Congress offer to support AAP to make them as puppets. All baddies decided to change the goody to baddy or eliminate the goody once for all.  Indian political culture should never be changed and no new addition to ruling class.

Modi and Congress have never thought that AAP will hijack the game and turn the entire game plan to favour the people.  AAP changed the game’s objective and brought people as the real heroes.  It is people themselves decided to be the hero of Indian politics.  People should come out and realize their potential.  Their job is not only to vote once in five years.  They would actively participate in governance system.  The elected to should serve people and remain loyal to people only.  Finish off the dynasty politics, religious politics, cast based politics, undue favour to industrialists and change them.  If they don’t change, then remove them from Indian political fraternity by defeating them.    

It is people’s politics and people have the power to change.  It is not about money, power and media.  It is about people’s participation in government. Let us the change the way we are ruled and bury the existing political culture.  India is ours. 

காற்றுடன் என் கலந்துரையாடல்.

காற்றுடன் உரையாடுவது ஒரு அலாதியான இன்பம்.  அதிலும் மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் இருக்கும்போது நடக்கும் உரையாடல் அறிவிற்கு அமுதூட்டுவதுபோல் இருக்கும்.  காரணம் அது ஓரு அர்த்தமுள்ள உரையாடலாக இருப்பதனால்.  பலருக்கு இது பயித்தியக் காரத்தனமாக தோன்றலாம்.  ஆனல் உரையாடிப் பார்த்தவர்களுக்குத்தான் தெரியும் அதில் தோய்ந்து கிடக்கும் அறிவார்ந்த சவால்களும் அதில் முக்கி எழும் விவரிக்கமுடியாத அனுபவங்களும்.

காற்று சுவாசத்திற்கு தேவைப்படும் வேதியியல் பொருள் என்பதோடு நமக்கும் காற்றிற்கும் இருக்கும் தொடர்பை நாம் முடித்துக் கொள்கின்றோம்.  காற்றின் பல்வேறு தன்மைகளையும், அதன் பயன்பாட்டையும் புரிந்து கொள்ளுதல் மிகவும் அவசியம். காற்று இரத்த நாளங்களுக்குத் தேவைப்படும் அருமருந்து.  தூய்மையான காற்று மூளைக்கு புத்துணர்ச்சி கொடுக்கும் அரிய இயற்கை படைப்பு.  குளிர்ந்த காற்று உடலின் மேற்பரப்பில் உள்ள தோல்களின் துவாரங்களில் ஊடுருவதால் உடல் உடனடியாக அதிக வெப்பத்திலிருந்து மீட்சி பெறுகிறது.

ஆனால், வேதியியலையும் தாண்டி காற்றில் பரவிக் கிடக்கும் அற்புதங்களை காற்றுடன் பேசிப் பழகும்போதுதான் ரசிக்க முடியும்.  காற்றில் முடிவின்றி கலந்து நிற்கும் எண்ண அலைகளும், அதில் பவனிவரும் எண்ணற்ற சிந்தனை துகள்களும் பலருக்கு ஆச்சரியமாகத் தோன்றலாம்.  அவ்வாறு காற்றில் மரணமின்றி கலந்து நிற்கும் அவ்வலைகளை அவ்வப்போது நமது மனம் தொட்டுப் பார்ப்பதை நாம் அதிகமாக புரிந்துக் கொள்வதில்லை.  அவ்வாறு பரவி நிற்கும் அறிவலைகளை அறிந்துக் கொள்ள நமது மூளையிலிருந்து வெளிப்படும் அதிர்வலைகள், அவற்றின் அதிர்வெண்கள்,  அவைகள்  சங்கமிக்கும் அபூர்வம், இவை எல்லாம் மனிதர்கள் காற்றுடன் கலந்துரையாடும் போது கிடைக்கும் அற்புதமான அறிவுப் பொக்கிஷங்கள்.
இறைவன் மனிதனை களிமண்ணில் படைத்து, அதில் காற்றின் மூலமாக சுவாசத்தை உருவாக்கி, அதனுள் ஆன்மாவை உள்ளடக்கினான் என்று குரானின் வேத வசனங்கள் அறிவிக்கின்றன.  எனவே காற்றுடன் நமக்கு இருக்கும் தொடர்பு நமக்குள்ளே சிக்கித் தவித்துக் கொண்டிருக்கும் நமது ஆன்மாவின் தொடர்பு.  

இன்றைக்கு நாம் பார்க்கின்ற தொலைக் காட்சி நிகழ்வுகள், கைபேசி தொடர்புகள், வானொலி சப்தங்கள் எல்லாம் காற்றின் மூலமாகத்தான் நமது பார்வைக்கும் செவிக்கும் எட்டுகின்றன.  இவ்வாறு காற்றில் சங்கமித்திருக்கும் பல ஒலி மற்று, ஒளிகள், பல்வேறு அதிர்வலைகளாக ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட அதிர்வெண்களுக்குள் முடக்கப்பட்டு அழியாமல் வலம் வந்து கொண்டிருக்கின்றன.  அவைகள் மறைவதுமில்லை, அழிவதுமில்லை என்பது எனது கருத்து.

தற்போதைய அறிவியல் சாதனங்கள் ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட அலைவெண்களை அதிலும் நேரடி ஒளி அல்லது ஒலி பரப்பின் அலைவெண்களை மட்டும் பதிவு செய்யவும் மற்றும் அலை பரப்பவும் செய்ய முடிகின்றன. அறிவியலின் அறிவு உயருகின்ற காலத்தில் காற்றில் பதிவாகியுள்ள ஒலி, ஒளி மற்றும் நமது எண்ண அலைகள் சேகரிக்கப்படும் நாள் வரும். அந்நாளில் நமது இறந்தகால எண்ண அலைகள், ஒலி மற்றும் ஒளிவலைகளை ஒன்று சேர்க்க முடியும். தற்போது ஒலிவலைகளில் ஏகப்பட்ட சத்தங்கள் ஒன்றுடன் ஒன்று கலந்து பிரிக்கமுடியாத சப்தங்களாக மட்டும் இருக்கின்றன. அவைகளை பிரித்தெடுக்கும் அறிவியல் சாதனம் கண்டுபிடிக்கப்படவில்லை.
மனித மூளையில் பொதிந்துள்ள அற்புத சக்தி மூலம், காற்றில் பரவிக்கிடக்கும் எண்ண அலைகளை ஒன்று சேர்க்கும் வாய்ப்புள்ளது.  அவைகளை பிரித்துணரும் தன்மையும் மூளையில் உள்ளது.  ஆனால், அவைகளை சரியான விதத்தில் புரிந்துக் கொள்ளவும், தொடர்ந்து ஒன்று சேர்க்கும் வித்தைகளை நாம் மூளைக்கு கற்றுக் கொடுத்தால் அண்டத்தில் பரவிக்கிடக்கும் பல அறிவுப் பொக்கிஷங்களை பிரித்துணரும் வாய்ப்பு கிடைக்கலாம்.

நாம் எல்லோரும் அறிந்திருப்பது போல், மூளையின் மூன்றில் ஒரு பங்கை மட்டுமெ நாம் பயன்படுத்துகின்றோம்.  முழுதாக பயன்படுத்தியவர்களை ஞானிகள் என்றும் கடவுளின் தூதர்கள் என்றும் உலகம் கொண்டாடுகின்றது.  அவர்கள் எவ்வாறு அறிவலைகளை காற்றின் மூலமாக உள்வாங்கிக் கொண்டனர் என்பதை சரியான வழியில் ஆராய்ச்சி செய்து பார்த்தால் மனிதனுக்கும் இறைவனுக்கும் உள்ள பல அன்றாடத் ஆன்மீகத் தொடர்புகளை கண்டுபிடிக்கலாம்.  

வரும் காலத்தில் நபிகள் நாயகம் அவர்கள் தொழுகையிலும் இன்னும் பிற இடங்களிலெல்லாம் ஓதிக்காட்டிய குரானின் வசனங்களை, அவரது குரல் மூலமாக கேட்கும் காலமும் வரலாம்.

காற்றுடன் நான் அவ்வப்போது நிகழ்த்தும் உரையாடல்கள் என்னை உத்வேகப்படுத்துகின்றன.  எனது நம்பிக்கைகளை அதிகமாக்குகின்றது. சுய விமர்சனங்கள் என்னை யார் என்று தெளிவாக அறிமுகப்படுத்துகின்றது.  இவை யாவும் காற்றை மதித்து அதனுடன் கொஞ்சம் நேரத்தை செலவிட்டுப் பார்த்தால்தான் முடியும்.  அதை ஓரு பயித்தியக்காரத்தனமாக நினைத்தால் இழப்பு நமக்குத்தான்.  சிறிது நேரமாவது காற்றுடன் உரையாடிப் பாருங்கள், அதன் அனுபவம் விசித்திரமானது மட்டுமல்ல, பயனுள்ளதும் கூட.

ஏமாறும் தமிழகம்

ஒரு முறை ஏமாறினால் அது இயல்பு.  தொடர்ந்து ஏமாறினால் அதன் பெயர் முட்டாள்தனம்.  தமிழக மக்களை அப்படித்தான் நினைக்கத் தோன்றுகிறது.  அறிவை குத்தகைக்கு கொடுத்துவிட்டு உணர்ச்சிகளை வாடகைக்கு எடுத்துக் கொண்டு வாழும் தமிழக மக்களை ஏமாற்ற அரசியல்வாதிகள் ஒன்றும் அல்லல்பட தேவையில்லை.

தமிழனின் வீரம், மானம், அறிவு மற்றும் திறமைகள் அனைத்தையும் உணர்ச்சிகளுக்கு இரையாக்கிவிட்டு தற்போது இட்டிலிக்கும் தோசைக்கும்; வடைக்கும் சாம்பாருக்கும்; ஆட்டிற்கும் மாட்டிற்கும்; ஆட்டுகல்லிற்கும் நூறுநாள் வேலைக்கும் அடிமைப்பட்டு யுத்துபோன சமுதாயமாக வாழ்ந்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறது.

இமயத்தில் கொடிநாட்டியவனின் மரபிற்கு சொந்தக்காரர்கள், கடாரம் கொண்டானின் பரம்பரையில் வந்த தமிழர்கள், கங்கை கொண்டானின் உடன் பிறப்புகள், பாறைகளில் சிலைவடித்த மாமல்லனின் உற்றார்கள், மானம் காக்க வடக்கிருந்து உயிர்நீத்தவனின் வாரிசுகள், உலகப் பொதுமறையான திருக்குறள் படைத்தவனின் உறவினர்களான நாம் இப்போது நம்மால் வாக்களித்து அரசுக்கட்டிலில் அமர்த்தி அழகு பார்த்த நமது அரசியல் சேவகர்களை, எஜமானர்களாக மாற்றி அவர்களிடம் கையேந்தி நிற்கும் பரிதாபத் தமிழர்களாக வாழ்ந்துக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றோம்.

அரசியலுக்கும் சினிமாவிற்கும் வித்தியாசம் தெரியாமல் வெள்ளித்திரையில் வீரம் பேசியவர்களை எல்லாம் கண்டு கைகொட்டி ஆர்ப்பரித்து சிற்றின்ப போதையில் நம்மை மட்டுமல்லாமல், நமது சந்ததிகளையும் அடிமையாக்கிவிட்ட நாற்சந்திக்கு சொந்தக்காரர்களாக வாழ்ந்துக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றோம்.

எதை இழந்தோம், எப்படிப்பட்ட வாழ்க்கையை வாழ்கிறோம் என்று தெரியாமல் சுயமரியாதை இழந்து மானம் கெட்ட வாழ்க்கையை வாழ்ந்துக் வருகின்றொம்.  ஒரு கலாச்சரத்தை, ஒரு சமுதாயத்தை ஒழித்துக் கட்ட வேண்டுமென்றால் முதலில் அம்மனிதனின் மொழியை சின்னபின்னா படுத்த வேண்டும்.  அதைத்தான் இந்த தமிழகம் தற்போது அனுபவித்து வருகின்றது.  

“ஐந்துதலை பாம்பெண்பான் அப்பன், ஆறுதலை என்று மகன் சொல்லிவிட்டால் நெஞ்சு பிரிந்திடுவார், நெடுங்காலம் பகைத்திடுவார்” என்ற பாரதியின் பாடலுக்கிணங்க நமது இயல்பில் ஊரிப்போன தற்பெருமையையும், ஆணவத்தையும் பயன்படுத்திக் கொண்டு தமிழனின் எதிரிகளான, தமிழால் வயிறு வளர்க்கும் தமிழக அரசியல் வித்தர்கள்களிடம் விலைபோனது தெரியாமல் வாழ்ந்து கொண்டிருக்கின்றோம்.  தமிழர்களை ஒழிக்க தமிழர்களே பொதும்.  

அரசியல் என்றால் அசிங்கம்தான் என்று அசிங்கத்தையே கோட்டையாக்கி அதனுள் பிரவேசிக்கும் உரிமை சூடு சொரணை இல்லாத மானம் கெட்ட அரசியல்வாதிகளுக்கு மட்டுமெ என்ற ஒரு தோற்றத்தை உருவாக்கி விட்டார்கள் நமது அரசியல் வாதிகள்.  இறை சேவையான அரசியலை வியாபரச் சேவையாக மாற்றி வாக்கு வங்கிகளை விலைக்கு விற்று கூட்டணி எனும் பெயரில் கொள்ளையடித்துக் கொண்டிருக்கும் இந்த அரசியல் வாதிகளின் கைகளில் நமது தலையெழுத்தை நிர்ணயிக்கும் உரிமையைக் கொடுத்துவிட்டு எத்தனை நாளைக்குத்தான் நாம் போலி வாழ்க்கை வாழப்போகின்றொம்.

தவறாகத் தீர்ப்பளித்து விட்டோம் என்ற காரணத்தினால் சபையில் உயிர்நீத்த பாண்டியனின் மரபில் வந்தவர்கள் நாம்.  முல்லைக்கு தேர் கொடுத்த சோழனின் பரம்பரையில் வந்தவர்கள் நாம்.  அண்ணன் இருக்க தம்பிக்கு அரசுக் கட்டிலா என்று ஆவேசத்துடன் அரசியலை துறந்த சேரனின் உறவுக்காரர்கள் நாம்.  யாசகம் கேட்கப் பிறந்தவர்களல்ல நாம். 

தமிழர்களை காலம் காலமாக ஏமாற்றிக் கொண்டிருக்கும் கருணாநிதிக்கும் ஊழலுக்கும் நாற்பதாண்டு கால நெருக்கம்.  தன் மீது உள்ள நீதிமன்ற விசாரனையை சந்திக்க முடியாமால் தமிழர்களை பிச்சைக்காரர்களாகவும் குடிகாரர்களாகவும் மாற்றிக் கொண்டிருக்குகும் மாண்புமிகு அம்மா.  என்ன பேசுகிறோம் என்ற நிதானமில்லாமல் பேசிக் கொண்டிருக்கும் விஜயகாந்த். வாஜ்பாய் ஆட்சியில் தன்னை உள்ளே வைத்துவிட்டு ஆட்சிப் பதவியை அனுபவித்த தனது சகாக்களையும் பிஜெபியையும் மறந்துவிட்டு கூட்டணியின் பெயரில் முரண்படாக பேசிக்கொண்டிருக்கும் வைகோ. தமிழனுக்கு ஒரு புது அர்த்தத்தை மேடை தோறும் முழங்கியும், இல்லாததை இருப்பதாக சொல்லிக் கொண்டும், பொய்களை படிக்கட்டாக மாற்றி பதவியேறத் துடிக்கும் மோடியின் கட்சி (பிஜெபி என்ற பெயர் எப்போதோ போய்விட்டது).  பழமைக்கும் புதுமைக்கும் நடுவில் சிக்கிக் கொண்டு மக்களின் எதார்த்த நிலையை எதிர்கொள்ள முடியாமல் முரண்பட்டு நிற்கும் காங்கிரஸ்.  இன்னும் பூர்ஷ்வாக்களையும், லெனினையும், மார்க்ஸையும் பேசிக்கொண்டு மக்களின் அன்றாட பிரச்சனைகளை விட்டு தூரமாகிக் கொண்டிருக்கும் கம்யூனிஸ்ட் கட்சிகள்.  எல்லா கட்சிகளும் பிற்போக்கு கொள்கையில் அல்லது மக்களைவிட்டு தூர விலகிக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றன.  இறைவனுக்குச் செய்யும் மிக உயரியச் சேவைதான் அரசியல் சேவை என்பதை முற்றிலும் மறந்துவிட்டன.      

நமக்குத் தேவை நல்லாட்சி.  மக்களின் வரிப்பணத்தை மக்களுக்காக செல்வு செய்ய நல்ல அரசாங்கம் தேவை.  நல்ல அரசாங்கத்தை நாம்தான் தேர்வு செய்ய முடியும், செய்ய வேண்டும்.  அதற்கு முதல் கட்டமாக, இருக்கின்ற எல்ல அரசியல் வாதிகளையும் நாம் நிராகரிக்க வேண்டும். 66 வருடங்களாக அனுபவித்தது போதும்.  அரசியலை சாக்கடையாக மாற்றிய அரசியல் வாதிகளை மாற்றதவரை சாக்கடைகளை ஒழிக்க முடியாது என்பதை புரிந்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும்.  குப்பைகளை மட்டும் எத்தனை நாட்கள்தான் பெருக்கிக் கொண்டிருக்க முடியும்? குப்பை போடுபவர்களை ஒழித்தால்தான் குப்பைகள் இல்லாத நாட்டை உருவாக்க முடியும். அதற்கு ஓரே வழி, ஆம் ஆத்மி இயக்கத்தில் நம்மையும் நாம் இணைத்துக் கொள்வதுதான்.  

ஆம் ஆத்மி ஒரு கட்சியல்ல, அது ஒரு இயக்கம்.  அந்த இயக்கத்தின் குறிக்கோள், சாமனிய மனிதன் மானத்துடனும், மரியாதையுடனும், யாரிடத்திலும் கையேந்தி நிற்காமல் தன்னுடைய உரிமைகளை, உண்மையான சுதந்திரத்தை அனுபவிக்க வேண்டும்.  சாமனிய மனிதனின் தேவைகள் ஒரு போதும் நிறைவேற்ற முடியாத கடினமானவைகள் அல்ல.  அதைச் செய்வதற்கு அரசாங்கம் ஒன்றும் சந்திரனுக்கும் சூரியனுக்கும் போக வேண்டியதில்லை.  இடைத்தரகர்களாக மாறிவிட்ட இன்றைய அரசியல் வாதிகளை ஓரங்கட்டினால் போதும்.  அரசு மக்களரசாக மாறிவிடும்.  இன்றைய அரசியல் குப்பைகளை ஓரங்கட்ட நமக்கு கிடைத்திருக்கும் நல்ல வாய்ப்பு இந்த மக்களவைத் தேர்தல்.  

இந்தியா ஒன்றும் பொருளாதாரத்தில் பின்னோக்கி செல்லவில்லை.  எல்லா வளங்களும் நம்மிடம் உள்ளது.  ஆனால் அவைகளை முறையாக கையாளப்பட வேண்டுமென்றால், நல்லவர்கள், ஊழலுக்கு எதிரானவர்கள், மக்களுக்காக உழைக்கத் தயாராக இருப்பவர்களை தேர்தெடுத்து அனுப்புவது அவசியம். நல்லவர்கள் ஒன்று கூடினால் அங்கே நன்மை மட்டுமே மோலோங்கி நிற்கும், தீயவர்களை அனுப்பினால் அங்கு தீமைதான் ஆட்சி செய்யும்.  நிலையான ஆட்சி வேண்டுமென்றால், நல்லவர்களை நாம் தேர்ந்தெடுத்து அனுப்புவோம்.

நடக்க இருக்கும் மக்களவை தேர்தலில் ஆம் ஆத்மி இயக்கம் ஆட்சியை பிடிக்க முடியாது என்பது எல்லோருக்கும் தெரியும்.  ஆட்சியைப் பிடிக்க முடியாவிட்டாலும் மாற்றம் வேண்டும் என்ற மக்களின் பிரதிநிதிகளாக வெற்றி பெரும் ஆம் ஆத்மி உறுப்பினர்கள் செயல்படுவார்கள்.  மாபெரும் சுதந்திர மாற்றத்திற்கு வித்தாக இந்த தேர்தல் அமைய வேண்டும்.  நமது வாக்குகள் ஒவ்வொன்றும், அரசியல் வாதிகளின் தலைகளில் ‘மாறுங்கள், இல்லெயன்றால் மாற்றுவோம்’ என்று ஒலிக்க வேண்டும்.  ஏமாறியது போதும் தமிழர்களே!  எழுந்திருங்கள்!  வீழ்ந்தது நாமக இருக்க வேண்டாம்!  அநீதத்தை இழைப்பவர்களும், அதற்கு துணைபோனவர்களும் வீழட்டும்.  வீழ்வது அநீதமாக இருக்கட்டும்.  வாழ்க தமிழகம்!  வாழ்க இந்தியா!
